Went in to see if I could get a Xbox 360 remote and then coincidentally I was told that it was better to go online and then check in with them and then by coincidence he looked up a remote that I'm using today that is still working strong and then I'll come back in to see if they'll have any other remotes of the same type as of course I would like My brother and My Mom to play Diablo 3 and 4 along side me ?

Most of the employees at this place are miserable, with the exception of a young lady who actually goes above and beyond to take care of their costumers, the male employee in particular found about 20 different things that he claimed where wrong with a PlayStation 4 and a Nintendo Switch I was trading in. While I got about $30.00 for a $400.00 Nintendo switch at GameStop I could have gotten about $100.00 if I made the same trade in at Best Buy, had a bigger selection of electronics to spend my gift card on.

Came here the day before Christmas eve and they closed the store until 4:30pm. There is never more than 3 people in this store on any day (and that would be considered busy) and they actually closed the store on one of the busiest shopping days and times of the year, and they had 2 people working.... Wouldn't even pick up the phone when I called to see if Avatar for ps5 was in stock. So, had to go to best buy to buy the game. Good job game stop....

I had interviewed here at the Galleria store about a month ago with the manager at the time named Brian. He seemed interested in making me a keyholder and told me the district manager would call me within 2 days. It has been over a month and I've heard nothing back.Update: I found out Brian had got moved to the other store on 211. I went over there yesterday and asked to speak to him when he's get a chance. To which he said ok. The dude literally made me wait for over an hour completely ignoring me. While interacting with his co-worker and everyone else. And putting up the normal stuff behind the counter. And constantly walkimg right past me like I was invisible. At which point I left. Cleary they have no interest in anyone else but themselves. Not to mention I also walked there from the Galleria as I do not have a vehicle. Now wonder everyone hates GameStop!

Nice people. But I got a defective controller. Their testing kit hadn’t come in yet so it wasn’t their fault.Just annoying that I had to go back and couldn’t just play my game.

Today I met two of the kindest, friendliest sales people I’ve ever met in the Middletown, NY store. Christine and Cruz. Christine went way above and beyond to help me navigate through Nintendo Switch games. When the game I wanted wasn’t on the floor she went and unpacked boxes in the storeroom and found one for me. She also looked for the neon remote controls, when she couldn’t find them she called another area store. What a wonderful experience. Cruz was also very kind and had such a nice personality. They really made the experience a happy one!

Great workers. The guy behind the counter was helping a customer who was autistic and ppl was so rude trying to rush him and he stayed calm and was very helpful to the young man. It was great to see a guy who cares with so much patients. Also he was very helpful to me with my purchases. One of the best game stops around.
