Franks is amazing. first of all, if you've never had a proper fitting, that alone is a great experience. This was the 2nd time I visited Frank's. He saved my season last summer. I work on my feet all day. He fitted me with a pair of Hoya's and insoles that really changed my physical life. Then I visited in January to get a pair of hiking shoes. I was feeling a bit of buyer's remorse with the pair I went home with. I called a few days later. No questions asked. Frank said just bring them back. Just like that, I exchanged that first pair for another pair of Hoka hiking shoes that feel great every time I put them on. These have become my everyday day shoe for winter.

I visited Frank to purchase a pair of boots, and I departed with an abundance of knowledge and a pain-free back. Frank's extensive experience and attention to detail were evident as he explained every step of the process. I didn't understand what was involved and was very disappointed with how I was treated. When I said I was unhappy with the $500 orthotics he simply refunded my money and didn't offer an explanation of what could have gone wrong or how to fix it. I later learned there was a period of adjustment that the owner did not inform me of. Caviat emptur.

This is the place to go if you have any kind of foot/shoe issues. Frank is a walking book of info on how to fix you. Very much worth the visit just make sure you have lots of time because you will be there for awhile!

Amazing help for planter fasciitis….. took the time to explain what needed to be done… although sneakers took a small fortune to buy with inserts…. They helped to heal my foot

I have Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis, and have had foot pain for years. I went in to see Frank and he convinced me to try custom made orthotics. I cannot believe the change in how my feet feel! It is amazing, I can spend the whole day on my feet and there is no pain! They were a bit pricey but worth every penny. Thank you Frank!

Come for the shoes, stay for the education. If you're looking for a new pair of shoes, do yourself a favor and schedule a shoe fitting with Frank. I learned more about shoes/feet in an hour at the store than I could imagine, and walked out with a pair of shoes that was exactly what I needed.

I have being having pains in my feet for over 15 years Frank got me almost completely pain free i went from 8-9 to 1-2 pain level hopefully when I get my orthopedics I will be completely pain free.Thank you so much.
