Excellent service. Bought 2 tires, went to the recommended tire mounting shop & they found a big hole in one sidewall. Called Frank's right away & he said bring it back, we'll exchange it. No fuss no muss. Thanks guys!

All used tires are warrantied as follows; you may return uninstalled purchased tires for any reason within 5 business days of your purchase for a full refund. Should any of the used tires you purchased, turn out to be defective, you will receive a replacement tire(s) at no cost, or a full refund of the cost you paid for the tires. However, you must bring the tire back to receive a replacement or a refund.
