Several times visiting this store formerly named Finish Line. While they did have a great selection of shoes sadly felt they are overpriced and cost way too much. Several of times was attempting to purchase shoes that I liked they never had any of them in my sizes. So ended up going somewhere else.

I lived in Middletown for over 20 years and since this store is fairly new I figured I would support the new business. On 12/10/22 I went to purchase sneakers for my daughter. The sales representative gave me one sneaker for my daughter to try on. When I told him can I have the other sneaker he told me people steal sneakers and he’s not allowed to let my daughter try on both sneakers at the same time. I found this offensive because I saw the same sales representative give someone a pair of sneakers to try on. I am paying customer and a member of this community and I have a right to try on any product I am purchasing. Shame on your store for discriminating against people. I will never purchase sneakers from your store again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from your store.

Your employees don’t smile, don’t greet customers, and look like they would rather die than help someone find a pair of shoes. I will not be returning to this store. I suggest a serious overhaul of your staff. I should have read the reviews before coming in. Ended up going to Jimmy Jazz instead with great sales associates.

I was looking for shoes and two other works where too busy playing football on the store. There was no help that came in asked when found someone he took while getting my shoes the store wasn’t busy the women behind counter was rude seem like she didn’t want to be there

Left out accessories that are supposed to come with the Jordan model I got. Please make sure not to take stuff out that comes with the shoe originally as customers like having everything that comes with Jordan whether it be a hang tag, extra laces, etc….

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Had to ask one of the workers who were putting up displays (actually working) to help with getting me some shoes since the manager & another staff were too busy chillin behind the counter laughing & goofin around!! mind you they both seen me standing there waiting to be assisted!! Waited online for over 15 minutes behind one customer! The manager who was at the register & the other staff sat behind a register doing god knows what while rapping!! i ended up walking out. Sad to say this wasnt the worse customer service out of the 4 sneaker stores in this mall!! smfh

Today 4-19-22 about 1:52 Pm I stopped at the location to by my toddler a pair of Jordan 1 mids a size ten in black and white and the same time my wife seen a pair of air air max in children 6 1/2 she wanted we was helped by two different staff members both young men that was working the floor they both was extremely helpful. They brought both pairs of sneakers to the register and we waited online as there was one male customer rep at one register and a female customer rep at another register. As we waited online I seen the male rep was just rapping/reciting the Lyrics from the radio being played in the store and browsing the internet and we was waiting on line for a few minutes as the female rep was selling Jordan 1 mids in kids to a customer one pair of Jordan’s at a time because the system wouldn’t allow her to sell him more then one pair at a time and the customer had five pairs of Jordan 1 mids that he purchased. We waited as she was scanning the third pair I asked why are you doing it Individually because it just doesn’t seem right especially for Jordan when it comes to resellers!!!! she gave me a nasty attitude an the male rep gave me a dirty look for no reason!! I am a regular customer I will definitely be contacting Nike and your corporate office about your managers reselling sneakers for a profit and post both there names on Social media for locals customers to know!!!!!

Worst costumer serve from blonde lady manager, she was very disrespectful. She always holds new shoes for her friends. She needs to be gone . No way someone can be this disrespectful.

It’s always consistent. Yuh helpful team members. I always have a good time with them. They are busy keep that in mind. And if any one of you are like me I have them running. And they always do t with a smile. They now I love my shoes and they take care of me.while they are getting me my shoes I’m usually looking atClothes or hats. They re great Two team members where taking care of me for 45 + minutes and wouldn’t take a tip Awesome FINISH LINE.
