I was just recently at Walgreens for the purpose of dropping off a return item through fedex and was told that I was in the wrong location for that and was rudely handled by the woman behind the counter, I explained to her that I was directed here by the site that this was a drop off location for returns and it also states that on google that it’s a drop off location. So because of her inability to ask a manager on how to correct this situation, she’d rather sit there and argue with me as if I’m in the wrong. Bravo to you miss , your costumer service is out of this world. Never again will I step foot in this establishment

At first I drove right by the location not realizing it was inside of the Walgreens Drugstore. The cashier was very helpful. I was a fast transaction.Just dont look for any shipping supplies.
