How are you not open at least on a Saturday during the holiday season. Package has been sitting here since the driver never even knocked on the door. He just left a tag - DO BETTER!

I was initially concerned to come to this place due to the low ratings and previous complaints. After mustering up the courage and deciding to go anyway, to my surprise, everything went perfectly and smoothly!
I had to print and also ship something out, and the help I received was superb. I had some issues but everything was resolved by the staff quickly and professionally. Honestly couldn’t recommend it enough!

Location is supposed to open at 9am. 9:30 and no one is there. That equates to ZERO customer service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have used this store for many print jobs on a regular basis. Unfortunately I will not be returning after this last experience. I work remotely and wanted to send hard copies of upcoming presentations for a meeting I had. Monday morning (between 8-9an) I placed an order for 14 presentations to be printed and bound. I received an approximate pick up of 5pm (so about 8 hours post order confirmation). I decided to go up to Middletown around 5pm to grab some items at Walmart and pick up my printing. I hadn't received my confirmation but assumed they were just busy. WRONG! I got there to find they had a system shut down, which I totally understands happens. But the man behind the counter did not care at all that I hadn't received any communication about their inability to tend to my order and commented that I had been the 5th or 6h person to come in looking for their orders. When I asked why this hadn't been communicated he shrugged his shoulders. I did not have time to wait for their system so I asked where the closest location would be and the man had the audacity to say "well Newburgh or Monroe, but that would be with one of our competitors." I was so stunned by his extremely lack of consideration for their complete ball dropping but also that he was blatantly pointing out he would not be benefiting from me going somewhere else. I have worked in customer service for years and was so blown away with his complete ineptitude that I managed to smile and walk out. Never again will I use their services or recommend them in any way. We all know that stuff happens with technology, but it is truly how people handle the situations that can make or break a customers loyalty.

I utilize fedex office quite a bit off and on as a traveling businessman. And the self service kiosk had some new steps for getting in and also restricting as I was trying to print a large order and it restricts purchase over $80 so Ben was helpful to come over on his own seeing me frustrated to help me to share that and how to use. This was very appreciative so I could get my job done more quickly.

Always have poor results with FedEx, but this location takes it to a new low! Rude, completely incompetent, and full of misinformation!!!!

Good look obtaining a refund. The only way to get a refund here is if the manager is there. Which he is not most of the times. I’ve never heard of a store needing a manager present in order to give the refund. Why not give the employees the power to give refunds? You guys let them hold keys and open up, make transactions but not give a refund? I will be reporting you guys to the BBB.

Not a great experience. I was in line and behind one person and I asked the attendant before she started with this customer, all I needed was a sleeve for the address label so I could drop off the package. I'll help you when I'm done with this customer with major snotty attitude. I don't know why the store doesn't have these supplies out so people can just use them, drop off and leave. So I waited in line, she finally gave me the sleeve and I waited to drop it off and she gave me attitude the entire time. I don't think I deserved this treatment and really hope she didn't sabotage my package it held very expensive and fragile contents. Need a customer service training.

These people are rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to send 10 packages and because I do not have a business account, WITH THEM, it was profoundly frowned upon by the woman working there. Walmart is for people, not businesses. Why are you in Walmart if you do not want to services individuals? If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!!!

If I could do no stars I would. This location mixed up the labels on 2 of my boxes, so they went to the wrong location. When I called to find out how they were going to fix it they told me it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't be making it right. I called FedEx customer service who told me that it had to be the store that made the situation right. I have now spent $100 getting these 2 boxes to the correct locations. This is ridiculous, their customer service is horrible and very unprofessional.

Called and spoke with Mariah who was very helpful about explaining the new COVID procedures for taking passport photos. She was busy, but kind and courteous. Made me feel comfortable to work with them.

Jose at the counter was extremely rude to me. I walked in and he was at the right side counter. He got up and walked over to the left side counter and said nothing to me. I walked over to the left side counter and I said “I’m not sure if I’m” and he interrupted me with in an extremely angry voice saying “Put the box on the scale!” I started to say “I don’t know if I’m...” and he interrupted me again shouting “PUT THE BOX ON THE SCALE!” So I did, then finished saying I wasn’t sure if I was at the right place going to FedEx or if I had to go to the UPS store. He stood there glaring at me and shrugged. I finally got an answer but it was like pulling teeth. I honestly have no idea what that guy’s problem was.
