I recently visited Dolson Tire & Auto in Middletown, New York, and had the pleasure of being assisted by Singh. From the moment I walked in, Singh’s warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel confident that I was in good hands. He took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and provided clear explanations of the work that needed to be done on my vehicle.

The man who runs the front desk has worked there for years, but he is so ridiculously rude starts yelling at a female at 7 o’clock in the morning for simply inquiring about appointments and why they don’t have them for inspections. Apologized, but it was Unnecessary. And his response to me was no one in the United States wants to work anymore.

Ok, place to go to. the manager was very knowledgeable and honest it seemed bring my car here for oil change was gonna do the transmission but he advised against since I've never done it previously. Thanks so much for that. Definitely will come been and leave another review

Well for starters all I wanted was a inspection on my jeep patriot 2017 latitude! Had to fix the signal switch for front!
That was ok!
Yet they could not remove a light bulp for the rear plates!
Light bulp broke inside and they said I needed a new socket and harness!!
Price for all $699 dollars!
I said hell no!!
Do the signal switch for the front only!!
Paid $156
Took my car out of there and looking for a better place to fix my real license plate bulps!!!
Outrageous I will never go back there again!!
I drilled out the broken light bulp myself!
I bought the bulps $10 dollars!
I installed them both and the socket is fine and the rear light bulps are working!!
They charged me $21 for inspection plus $130 for signal light switch!!
I will never use them again!!!

On Monday, I unfortunately got a flat tire. Luckily I got it directly next to dolson auto tire. I Walked in 30 minutes before closing and Jake greeted me. I explained my situation to him and he told me the condition of my tires and how important it is for me to replace my tires as soon as possible. I’ve never had to change a flat before, so I didn’t know what to do. Jake took the time out of his day to assist me. He also gave me some advice if I were to experience this again (Hopefully, no time soon) Because he was so willing to help me that is the number one reason why I came back the next day to change all four of my Tires With this location. I didn’t feel like I was trying to be sold anything or taken advantage of because my lack of knowledge with cars. I found out I had some other issues that I was not aware of and he was even kind enough to offer to show me so I wasn’t being tricked into something I didn’t need yet. He explained how important it is that I fix these issues for the well-being of myself and my car. I really appreciate this kind of assistance. I didn’t feel like I was just a number or money he could make he’s a good employee and I appreciate all his help. Thank you so much.

They helped me out when I needed an emergency tire change. Very friendly In-N-Out service. My whole family uses them. They’re great!

Workers and mechanics here are amazing; they help in everyway possible, but I had a horrible interaction with the owner - an elderly gentleman who seemed to be having a bad day. I simply asked to break a hundred to be able to tip his workers - but was met with a sour attitude.
Due to this, I will no longer come here for car washes nor any sort of services even though I have consistently come here for car washes and my yearly inspection along with other miscellaneous/preventive maintenance.

Truck broke down in town late at night and had AAA tow it to this shop. I explained clearly that my shifter cable broke on my truck causing it to be stuck on neutral and that the tow guy had to go underneath the vehicle and manually move the cable so we could get it on the truck. On my diagnostic, I see that the service tech wrote that the tow truck driver moved "something" under the truck (despite what was told to them) so they could justify charging me twice the price this repair should've been because such a simple problem was so hard to find apparently. I paid over $600 with tax and with the AAA discount added on. My e-brake was also non-functional so they tried to convince me to pay $1000 to get that fixed and tried to sell me on a payment plan. As a bonus, they left grease and grime all over my seat covers and I had to complain about that to get it corrected. And no carwash. Apparently, they didn't have the staff. I'm told I could return with my receipt but I'm not trying to get hustled again.

This is one of the best auto shop in middletown for tesla cars. Very professional costumer service by, Jake who work there. i'll definitely use this place again if i have any other future issues. tesla model 3 owner.
