Typical dollar tree but what made it stellar for me is that they have cash back features and tap to pay on their terminals. I forgot my wallet 40 miles away and I was able to pay for my items with my watch and get some cash back to carry with me.

nastiest customer service ever, cashier name was “Ashanti” was on her phone the time we were paying, kept going on a phone call while ringing us up complaining about having to do her job, giving the whole line a nasty attitude. Normally all the cashiers are friendly but this one was just plain nasty.

This is real dollars store, almost everything’s in the store is $1.25 with the same quality as the other store. Compare to Canada same store is much better and with more variety. Also they have ice cream and frozen pizza. Overall it’s good and I highly recommend.

I carry a card stating I have a medical condition and I MUST be allowed to use the restroom. Older lady with glasses said I could not use the restroom. I explained I carry a medical card and asked where they would go. She abruptly said "next door" and then proceeded to ignore me. It is a law I be allowed. ALLY's Law!! NY State recognizes this law. This was an emergency medical issue. I had to put my stuff down and pray I would make it to the car and to a different store and not have an embarrassing incident. Dollar Tree Corps needs to educate their rude employees. I should have stood there and had an accident right there in the store.

They have a good selection of a lot of things for household. Depending on what you are looking forward. Use to shop here quite a bit when living in Middletown. Every now and then when seeing family members we'll stop in at this location.

I love dollar tree and the workers at other dollar tree locations. A handful of the women workers at this particular location of off 211 in Middletown New York are rude condescending and unhelpful. I have asked for help with products that they have in stock and they have flat out with use to help and question why i'm even there. When I have spoken up and asked them to explain why they're being so rude to me they have told me that "I can leave if I don't like the way im being spoken to". One of the male workers there apologize to me when I was there over the weekend And told me that there's a "toxic environment" at this location among the workers. I literally spent thousands of dollars at dollar trees across new york, new jersey in pennsylvania every month. This is the only one where the workers are absolutely toxic.

I really love the Dollar Tree. I have to travel to a decent one in Middletown NY as the one in Ellenville NY where I live SUCKS after it was renovated and combined with Family Dollar (same company). Very inconvenient for me now-however, Dollar Tree has always been my go to, and I still really like it.
