Worst Dick’s we’ve ever been to. My husband and I bought a kayak, and we needed help safely strapping it onto our car (it was our first time buying a kayak and we live an hour away). When we called, a woman answered and said they would definitely help us and not to worry. When we got there, we asked for help but two workers were so stand off ish / impatient and didn’t give us ANY helpful info (what straps to buy, what paddles to get, etc.). They also said they could only put it on the top of the car, but not touch anything / help us strap it in. We said we understood the liability issue, but nicely asked for him to just orally walk us through the process / confirm that it was done correctly and safely. He simply said, “just strap it in” and walked away. We spent an hour in the parking lot trying to figure it out. Luckily, we eventually figured it out and got home safely, but we’ll never waste our time here again. Do yourself a favor and find a place that actually cares about customer service and human decency.

Absolutely awful service asked young man for help he told me to use iPad I ordered a pair to try on he told me to go to soccer section waited then the same man brought me over cleats. Cleats did not fit couldn’t find someone to help me get my son sized. Everyone except one older gentleman seemed like they didn’t want to be working. Will take my business somewhere else.

I was told by Dick's customer service to come to the store regarding a defective item I purchased online and the store would help me. The poor excuse for a supervisor, Jess, refused to help me or process an even exchange. She would not even allow me to speak to the store manager, saying they were away and she didn't know when they were returning. Dick's customer service even called the store and they still refused to do an exchange. Keep an eye out for a complaint from corporate.

Sometimes shopping in the store and at times ordering from online making a number of purchases over the years. From purchases of sneakers and running shoes to purchases of garments to even backpacks. Overall been an happy customer with purchases. With difficult unprecedented times including rising costs in everything it’s been challenging searching for stuff at reasonable prices nowadays. Yeehaw! Yeehaw! Cowabunga!??

If you're buying a boat from this place BEWARE. Even though I was being helped by the manager and 3 other workers they sent me out the door without filling out any of the paperwork I need to register the boat. I've asked twice for a bill of sale and other paperwork but they said everything I need is in the envelope on the boat and the rest is my email receipt. I've wasted two days going to the DMV trying to get a NEW BOAT registered because of their incompetence. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA THEY ARE SELLING COAST GUARD APPROVED VESSELS THAT SOME PEOPLE MIGHT WANT TO PUT A MOTOR ON AND THEREFORE HAVE TO REGISTER. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING. BEWARE
