You try to call voice service takes in direction not concerning your needs. You try to leave a voicemail and it hangs up on you. They don’t have all your medications listed on the App that you’ve filled at their location previously. Then they wonder why you’re frustrated

Hello today is June 15 of 2024. Just went to CVS to pick up my medicine. They were very rude to me the lady at the drive-in. I was asking her how long I had for the back order she was like you should look for another pharmacist and I said I asked her how long she was very rude, and I was asking her questions she was puffing and huffing. I would not recommend people going to places like this. You have a right to know what you’re taking. You have the right to know whatever question you have to. And they didn’t send you no courtesy of a text or alert that your medicine is on back order if I didn’t come to that I would’ve never known she was rolling her eyes she was mad that I was there! SMH!

Crazy I start off paying cash for my meds they decide they still going to hold my meds because they want to run threw the insurance not because I can pay cash for them but because they want to charge the insurance more money they want to hold my medication .. not because of law that’s it s to early it’s a not a NorCo but injections that I have had no issues paying cash but they want to run threw the insurance

I switched to CVS last year and have been extremely satisfied. They are very helpful, fill prescriptions fast, and the app is great. Super glad I changed. Thanks

The absolute worst pharmacist in Orange County. Raj is rude and dismissive. It is unfortunate that someone who works in health care has absolutely no ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers.

CVS has been in a downward spiral for quite awhile. Insane prices on some of the basic products you could get much cheaper elsewhere. Staff members aren’t very friendly. Parking lot area and drive thru looking like a dump. Trash and litter is everywhere. Quite a depressing atmospheric strategic environment indoors and outdoors. Yikes is about what I can say about this.?

CVS gave me a $4 off coupon and I was near one today so I stopped in. Took me a long time to decide what I wanted to get. I found bags of butter cookies that were marked down to .99 from $1.79. I take five bags to self check out and price proceeds to ring up at $1.54 each. So now I have to call for help and now wait for a cashier to manually ring up the transaction and over-ride the price. This took more time than I wanted but at least I got five bags of cookies for .90 in the end.

The pharmacy at this location is a disgrace. A female pharmacist technician is yelling out their lunch hour in the most demeaning way to the customer there. When told about her unprofessional behavior, the other technicians begins to giggle and laugh like if they were standing in front of a high school building. It is a disgrace how the loudest technician was yelling like if she was an adolescent. This women is a poor representation of CVS, and the pharmacist in charge should be reprimanded for not addressing her behavior. How can anyone feel comfortable with these people handling life saving medications. The loudest technician said I looked at her and that's she thought I didn't speak English. When confronted with her racial bias, she said she is Hispanic! Really then she should know better if she is. I looked at her because her tone and behavior was so ridiculous! If you decide to go this pharmacy, be cautious.Disgusted customer!

I shop here regularly and today some blonde lady came at me with a very accusatory tone asking if i needed help with something, i said no and she followed me out of the store to make sure i wasn’t stealing because I had a bag from the Family Dollar next door. This has never been an issue in the months I have been shopping here but I will no longer be a customer

CVS kiosk scanned my fob and told me that it printed coupons for me, it printed nothing. I had a 40 percent discount loaded on my CVS card. I found a bag of treats that had a display with multiple tags showing $4.99 and when it scanned, it came up $5.49. The cashier was able to manually adjust it to the $4.99. The 40 percent off coupon was not working and she asked to see it on my app. I showed it to her and she was going to manually enter the discount. At that point she told me that it would come off $5.49 and not the $4.99 as marked. Well, it was at that point that this transaction was just a little too shady for me so I halted the purchase and informed the cashier that I would not be purchasing these dog treats. I went down the street to Dollar General and purchased them with a DG digital coupon and a manufacturer's coupon and got a better deal in the end.Also, the best by dates on the bulk of these were November 2023 which means they were old. You got to watch CVS for best by and expiration dates. There were many items that I was interested in and there was NO PRICE on the shelf and I had to walk them over to kiosk to be scanned for a price. Very frustrating but I experienced this at Aldi too.Also, I had to wait five minutes after pushing a button on the counter to get a clerk to come. This store is relying too heavily on self check out which is not good.The food items here are foreign and there was a display of some kind of food on a stick and even after reading the wrapper, no clue what it was. This location is hybrid, half CVS and half Bodega!

The pharmacy section is completely unprofessional. I tried to get my medication filled here. Unfortunately, the medication was unavailable, and they did not notify me until I called on the last day to get it filled. The manager had a condescending snide tone with me when I was expressing my concerns.
