When I came in to pick up my medication Paxlovid with an N95 mask on .The girl told me not to come back in the store go to the window to pick up my medication when it is ready. I was made to feel disgusting. And they never texted me back to let me know when my medication was ready. After 90 min. I decided to call and they said my medication was ready. If my previous pharmacy took my insurance, I would return in a heart beat.

CVS kiosk scanned my fob and told me that it printed coupons for me, it printed nothing. I had a 40 percent discount loaded on my CVS card. I found a bag of treats that had a display with multiple tags showing $4.99 and when it scanned, it came up $5.49. The cashier was able to manually adjust it to the $4.99. The 40 percent off coupon was not working and she asked to see it on my app. I showed it to her and she was going to manually enter the discount. At that point she told me that it would come off $5.49 and not the $4.99 as marked. Well, it was at that point that this transaction was just a little too shady for me so I halted the purchase and informed the cashier that I would not be purchasing these dog treats. I went down the street to Dollar General and purchased them with a DG digital coupon and a manufacturer's coupon and got a better deal in the end.Also, the best by dates on the bulk of these were November 2023 which means they were old. You got to watch CVS for best by and expiration dates. There were many items that I was interested in and there was NO PRICE on the shelf and I had to walk them over to kiosk to be scanned for a price. Very frustrating but I experienced this at Aldi too.

Waited 15 minutes to go through the drive up, the medication label is printed wrong and they ask me to go back around and get back in line till they print up the correct label. I ended up spending over half an hour in line for a five minute fix.
