Manager Rey's doesn't disclose anything and need to pull details out of him and responds with 2 word answers.more concerned about points and bonuses from cricket to his store.example pushed auto pay but he wanted to set it up so he would earn bonuses for himself so I helped him out...got 3 garbage phones for free with 3 lines for 110 a month than he made me pay 24 per charger which I didn't need but said they come with phones.paid 450 cash and came back next day not happy with service drop calls and roaming circle cause data real slow..speed test on TMobile was avg from same pole 150 megabytes and cricket 15 megabytes at exactly same time and same phones side by side tested 10 times.reyes got upset when I told him and gave me hard time wouldn't help me port my #s back and than I ask how much am I getting back and he said about $35 and when I said what u mean he jumped up and took his hat and glasses off said do you know who I am and invited me outside to fight??? Lol so I walked toward door with him and he said I'm calling the cops ,I said for what your the 1 getting aggressive and want to fight ? in the end he gave me $115 back out of 400 I gave him the day before and I went next door back to TMobile and they offered me a senior package for 55 and older with 3 lines unlimited with a free ipad and I used my old phones for 80 a month and all sales people were friendly and professional and offered all details and respectful unlike next door here at cricket who basically robbed me legally ..I understand why the store is empty always now.i go by it alot and always see empty store and reyes playing on his phone
