Absolutely no pressure and John Glasgow (our sales person) was polite, courteous, helpful, understood that there were factors that were important and worked with that. We had postponed getting a new vehicle because finance rates are so high but we got lucky and are completely satisfied with the service we received when we purchased our new Tiguan. Hoping the good customer service extends further into the cars life and service that may be needed.

The Service Department is the best I have had the pleasure of knowing. They are polite, understanding, knowledgeable, and fair.
Their Sales personnel are also polite, but I wish they would think a bit more creatively, or "out of the box," if you will.
Not everyone has a good credit score, or they may owe more on their personal vehicle that its' worth. This is when a customer may really need their expertise to help them achieve their goal of owning a used or a new vehicle.

They will rip you off their cars are not pre own certified. You have to buy a warranty that costs $5000. They don't tell you this until they take your down payment.And you have to sign documentation. Be careful what you're signing for and be aware of What they are charging you for. Also did not have carpet in my car And the car manual was not available in the car aswell. Overall probably not a good idea to purchase a car.

John Glasgow and Joe made buying my new car so easy and quick! They were efficient in getting me a new car when I was in need and I can’t thank them both enough. I would definitely more than recommend them when you think about buying a new car. Middletown Volkswagen and Mazda is the best place to buy a car from hands down.

I purchased a new Car (Jetta) here on Friday 7/28/2023 . My salesman was John Glasgow, He was very knowable and helpful, I liked that he let me know what options I had but did not pressure me relentlessly like most experiences I have had in the past with other dealerships. the finance manager Rich Besten was also a gentleman and very helpful. They have a nice selection of cars available compared to many dealerships I've been to in the last 3 months, they also don't play games with the MSRP like some dealers I have researched down here in long island, .N.Y

Felt the hour and a half wait was a bit much for pictures of a problem to be sent to volkswagen and no answers. But the staff was very nice.
