Very nice people and great place to buy shoes, hats and backpacks. I’ve been to many stores across Middletown and they have the best selection I’ve seen yet. I also have no doubt thattheir products are real and authentic.

Went in for the first time in years and the place has a new owner who is much much better. The people there are very helpful and knowledgeable about their items. They gave me a great price on my shoes today I will definitely be going back.

I went in today and my fiancé bought his son a pair of sneakers, the guy charged my card 3x and only refunded it once. He made a comment that made me check my account right there and sure enough I saw the extra charge and I showed him. He said let me call my company and then proceeded to have a conversation in Chinese so I couldn’t understand anything being said. He tells me he only charged once and other will be refunded. After showing him the 3 transactions he kept saying no, no. I cursed him out and left! He lost our business! He knew what he did and I’m sure I’m not the only one he has done this too!

It's good that the place has a new owner now. The old owner was an a******* He was cool at first, but then he got bitter because his business wasn't doing well. He was always complaining to all of the customers about how much he hated everyone in Middletown because nobody was buying stuff from his store. I wonder why! I stopped going there. Why is anyone going to shop at a store where they get harassed by the owner? Now there is a new owner though, so it's worth checking it out.

Went in because they have a promotion going on for buy one get one free. Asked to see a size of pair of boots for kids. Got the size, the owner walked straight to the register. I asked to see the size the owner got all mad because I said it looked too big. Bad customer service, will never buy from there.
