Staff is always nice but disappointed that for months they have not had a notary available at either location in Middletown. A bigger bank like chase should have notary services available in every location especially the busier cities.

Poor service. My debit card expired, the teller issued a replacement, without notifying me or obtain my consent, she charged me $5 for express service. Later I explained to another rep that I was not aware of the fee or did I need it expressed, the rep informed me that he couldn't reverse the fee but will speak to the branch manager and get back to me, no one got back to me. That was a few weeks ago. Yesterday I went in for another transaction, the teller took my driver's license and didn't give it back to me. I've been trying to call them but no one picks up the phone.

I use to bank here all the time. They need to shut this branch now The service is horrible, they're slow, they don't acknowledge when you come in and when they see you waiting the purposely move slow. This branch needs to be shut down. The lines are long and you can waste your whole day in there

I first posted a review by mistake to a different location my review is for an employee Wilfredo Pacheco Route 211 Orange Plaza Middletown New York...He was very courteous kind and helpful and completed my couple of transactions I needed in no time to me he is definitely an asset to Chase Bank the bank as a whole is wonderful I have dealt with the window for service and inside and the ATM everything is excellent service

Chase bank offers so many things for ( New business accounts ) I got nothing but personal talking and never got financial advice . New start up company's should get way much better assistance . Than 2 years in business should not be a option . Brand new start up company's should get financial support from a big bank J . P Morgan & chase . I'll be soon closing my account .

Went to the Chase Bank this Morning to cash a check and required assistance from a Teller, since my Debit card recently stopped working. The Teller refused to open the door into the bank and directed me to look online for help. Regarding the check I had in my hand, I was told to go to the Drive-Through Window - the issue was there were about 25 cars in front of me at the (1) drive through window. Waited for 25- minutes and only one car moved past the window. Wasted my entire 30 minute lunch accomplishing nothing. Not sure why the bank is closed now, when it was open a couple weeks ago to the inside sanctuary! Horrible customer service - cannot even get to my own $$$!

Some of the staff was very discriminatory against Muslims. They just stared at me and my wife without smiling or even saying "Hi, we'll be with you shortly" When they finally called us, the lady just said "Come". The male, half bald manager seemed even worse. I'm not sure if they treat everyone like this or is it because of the way my wife and I dress.

The absolute worst chase bank ever. This is the second time I come for notary and the same manager tells me her notary has expired. The first time they had me wait 45 min to than tell me that she couldn't do it and the other accountant is opening an account. Just this moment, I go visit and her license is still expired. No customer service and the fact that she's a manager speaks VOLUMES. I've been with chase since 16 yrs old and never have I dealt with lack of customer service. You might as well go to 211 chase they have more staff, friendly and will take care of you.
