Cecil and another female employ have a crappy attitude. They need to be retrained to work with kids and customer service. Crystal runs minor policy is after 4pm minors must be accompanied by an adult on certain days. This is not the policy at 12pm so telling a 8yr old to leave the store is crappy service.

Old lady manager should find another job. This place is not for her. This manager Karen needs to work on her people skills and social awareness because she would not stop harassing myself and friends trying to get us to buy things

We went to Bulid a Bear in the galleria mall today for my daughter’s 5th birthday. We went as a small group and there was a birthday party going on with a large group of children having a blast. My daughter is non verbal and she’s level 3 autistic. We entered the store and we were greeted by a wonderful gentleman. He heard it was my daughter’s birthday and offered to make her a birthday sticker. He asked her what her favorite color was and I told him she was non verbal. He said no problem! I’ll do a rainbow ❤️ right then and there, I knew we were in the right spot. He took the time to do each letter a different color and my daughter loved it so much that she is still wearing it now. A lovely woman helped us with our stuffed animals and was so patient when we had to stop half way through to put my daughter in the stroller. She had become overwhelmed with the larger party’s fun and excitement. The girl said take your time, it can be a little overstimulating in here once in a while and sat with a smile as we got her situated. As we were leaving, my niece ripped her stuffed animals birth certificate, the woman heard what was going on and jumped to the rescue to make her a new one. These two employees went out of their way to go above and beyond for my small group and it meant the world to me. Thank you for what you do! We will be back ?

Just had my daughters 8th birthday party there today and I can not say enough about how amazing Josh is! From the time I booked my party all the way through to the end of the party today he was nothing but pleasant, knowledgeable and super fun for the kids. So glad He was our Bear friend. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Our experience at Build a Bear was EXCELLENT!! This was my grandsons first experience. My kids grew up having the build a bear experience, so it was only fitting to take my grandchild. Karen’s customer service was superb. A few people in my small group arrived late and that didn’t frazzle Karen at all. She handled my late comers with patience and grace. She provided them the same service and experience she had provided me and my family with upon arrival !! Not only did we receive superb service but Karen is also very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. Her willingness to make sure her guest has a blast should be appreciated and rewarded. Thank you Karen ! the patience you showed my party and my special needs grandson is commendable .You are truly a gem. ❤️ You have a customer for life !

I went in today to purchase a gift for my niece and when I say, Karen went above and beyond, she did everything that I asked with no questions asked, and I came out with a perfect gift Thanks again, Karen

If your child is puking, take them out of the store.If your child is about to pee their pants, there is a bathroom in the foodcourt.If your child doesn't feel well, it may not be the best time to do the Build-A-Bear process.The staff here are angels that do not get paid enough for all that they do.

my friends and i went to build-a-bear to see if we wanted anything for a fun experience, this manager karen was very rude and was disrespectful towards us. would not stop following us around the store and down right harassing us saying she was just giving “good customer service” we told her we were fine and she continued to follow us and harass us. she needs to find a new job because this is not the place for her! ruined our time!!
