While most visits to the store are positive, there have been a few instances of poor customer service, with some customers feeling that the staff treated them poorly. However, the store is known for its vast selection, though the prices for craft beer can be higher compared to beer distributors. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the availability of tastings for the craft beers sold on tap.
