My favorite autozone in the area. They are so helpful. I knew they were one of a kind when I went a autozone in Pleasant Valley that was 80% slower then middletown store and they were reluctant to help me.

Everytime I've went to this store the regular employees go above and beyond until the managers interrupt them complaining they are helping TOO MUCH!! I don't understand how autozone commercials say customers come first yet the blonde female manager and the brunette manager always wearing a cap on her head seem to enjoy being rude to the employees who work under them and stopping them from giving the customer service i always loved from Autozone. The store needs NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP.

Helpful and friendly sales people. High prices. The part I needed was 50% more expensive than the exact part by the same manufacturer as sold at Walmart. Walmart didn't have the help I needed since it was locked away so I had no other choice but go to Auto Zone.

The one employee was very rude and no idea what she was talking about about tried to say something was bent on my vehicle and it was clearly not they sold me the wrong part and I had to return the part and pay more for the right one
