This store has dishonest employees working there. I left something on the counter drove down the street and came right back for it. One of the Employees took my item and refused to give it back. The customer that was checking out said my item was on the counter a minute prior to me walking in. I asked if they had cameras which this fake store manager named Jeff told me no which is also a lie they all have cameras. I asked when the actual store manager would be in and was told he has no idea. He hung up the phone on me and was very dismissive. Definitely wouldn't shop at this store again. If given the option I would put no stars but they won't let me post otherwise.

Jeff Oneil was beyond helpful and personable. I came in to get a new battery and he took mine out and put the new one in without any wait. He made sure it was good and started right up. He chatted through the whole process which made an annoying process much more fun! 10/10 recommend going to see Josh.

My car broke down. My daughter and I were stranded in NY. We went to the store as soon as they opened. The staff was super helpful and super friendly. They saved our day!

Mom and Dad's vehicle had check engine light on, last year the "fix" was check gas cap. After 10 months the check engine was still on. Took it to AutoZone and the fix was a part for $56. Took 15 minutes to replace the part. Now we can get the vehicle inspected. Thank you AutoZone!!!

I give it ZERO STARS! I brought wipers this evening due to the snow ..when I asked for help to put it on...the guy at the counter refused and said it was too cold and come back tomorrow! So whatever I brought my wipers, after I walked out..same guy help another customer OUTSIDE to put oil in the car. Around 430-445p 11/21/23
