Gave them a chance. Took them three weeks to get my sample contacts before they would allow me to have my prescription. They never called to tell me. Now to boot I find out they maxed out my insurance for this year without telling me (my bad I should have asked I guess) so now I have no vision insurance until next year for my contacts. Never again.

I had such a nice experience at this office. I was a tad leary going to a known name. But from the beginning, the receptionist was great. Doctor Burman was exceptional. I was late and they still fit me in.The manager Michael really made us feel like we have been going to this place for years. I definitely recommend this establishment. A+

I just had my first appointment here and it really good. The staff were really nice and the doctor was nice too. I will definitely be coming back in for future eye exams.

Don't go there. I went in and got my eye exam and the doctor was lovely. I paid and was told it would take 2 weeks to get me glasses back with the updated lenses and get my glasses back. I went home and looked at my prescription and it is wrong! I called and spoke to someone who said the doctor would call me the next day. No call. It is now 3 weeks and no glasses. I called this morning and was told the glasses aren't there. When I pressed the employee she begrudgingly looked up on the computer the status. She responded that there's no date so they must be in transit. What?!?! She seemed annoyed that I wanted a more specific date and offered no further assistance. I regret going here and I recommend not going here. Absolutely disappointing!

Middletown Got perscription wrong on two occasions and the doctor rushed through the exam. Two late to get a refund.

Everyone here is so polite and kind. Their also very knowledgeable and helpful especially when you have a picky son who is getting glasses for the first time and has all those choices of frames to choose from, but Michael was very helpful and made sure to help my son find the perfect pair. Thank you all for being so kind, helpful and being awesome! I’m sure we’ll be back for my next pair and my other son as well!

Everyone here was extremely kind and helpful and caring. From the moment I called for the appointment up until we were walking out of the building, everyone was just amazing! I've already recommended everyone I know to go here for their glasses/ contacts and exams because in my experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks for being so awesome all of you!

The receptionist Tiffany is amazing! She is incredibly efficient and friendly. I’m new to NY and called for an inquiry on my insurance. This being the first place I called and myself being from across country I was a little nervous, but she was very welcoming, patient, and resolved my issue as well as helped me schedule my first appointment. ?
