Never actually went but the person I spoke to on the phone seemed very knowledgeable and was quick to refer me to another emergency vet that he felt may not be so busy. Was very helpful in exactly the way I needed him to be.

Dr. Anna takes her time and answers all your questions but emergencies always take preseidence over routine visits, as it should be! I have had her as my vet since she bought Ridge Animal Hospital Large animal division.
