I didn't want to leave a review however I have to. . I go to this Walgreens religiously. For ALL of my needs, and I always choose this store over the 24 hour cvs due to cleanliness, products and just my overall experience. However, an employee named Jane is the reason I most likely not be attending anymore. I submitted a complaint to an in person staff leader I believe. Jane has not shown good customer service on a few instances and I was going to leave a long review with details but I don't think it's necessary.

I am reviewing the pharmacy. Constantly put you on hold for long periods of time or you are disconnected and have to call again. Horrible customer service.

I got the updated COVID-19 vaccine. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm going to get my annual flu shot from them too.

Took infant passport photos that didn’t meet the criteria and was sent a denial letter from department of state. Walgreens Personnel wasnt properly trained on how to take passport photos. went back to Walgreens to have another picture taken and they charged me because I didn’t have the receipt, and the manager sudquan had the audacity to say he’ll charge me $32 for 2 photos when it cost $16.99. Poor service recovery and a deceitful manager.

Worst walgreens in queens. Everything takes at least 30 min, untrained staff, parking during the day full of cars for other businesses around. Photo dept basically not working.

They advertise photo printing services. I ordered photo prints as a present for my husband. They were supposed to be ready by 6pm yesterday. I called at 7:30pm yesterday but was told that they had nobody to work on them. They could have called and told me that 6 hours earlier. They told me they would be ready by today. I called at 9am today to ask what time they would be ready. I was told that they don't have anyone to work on photos so it would be best to try a different location. Why advertise services you don't offer?? Why don't you call customers and let them know that you have no intention of fulfilling their order so that the customer can make other arrangements ??

Never enough cashiers. People wait online 15-20 mins then if ask someone for more cashiers they get annoyed.

This place is disgusting and the people that work there are miserable. There is a great pharmacy across the street. I just needed quick passport photos and they couldn't even manage that without being miserable, inept and rude as heck. Sorry to ask you nicely to do what you are paid for... My bad. Don't go here.

I made a photo order (same date service). I got the confirmation email. I never got the email saying that it was ready. I called a day later, and it was impossible to get through. When I finally got someone, she said she would work on that order next. When I got the 'ready' email, I went to pick it up. The clerk didn't know what I was talking about. I explained it two times and finally showed her the email on my phone. Then she found the order. The photo section of Walgreens is a disappointment. To be fair, the product was what I expected.

Sometimes the line is a little long and parking a little rough but all-in-all the pharmacy is very informative they take time to explain things to you what you can get a lot of things need cosmetically and some groceries

I have going to this walgreens for over a decade and lately I have avoid going there because the employees attitudes. However, today was the cherry on top. I was trying to shop in peace and looking for specific products that of course you did not have, but I tried to find something similar. I couldn’t because your employees thought I wanted to steal. How do I noticed that? Because two employees came to where I was first in the make up section and got very close to me. They were re-arranging the products ? just moving them around. I decided to go to the face cream section to see If I could find another product that I was looking for and I couldn’t find it, a couple of employees went by in front of me instead of the back. I went to the next section, hair product, you did not have the hair product I needed and I keep hearing that someone is calling a manager and the manager appeared right in front of me and started to move the hair products in front of me for no reason. Since I couldn’t find the product I was looking for I wanted to take an alternative. I was not able to do it. I decide to just go to get the other product I went for and finally found something and guess what another employee went to check on me. Unbelievable. If all of them were so bother to see me checking the products before buying, they should have offer some help to find the alternatives. I do not even have the profile of some that will steal, other than looking latina. I was with my work clothes from the office. You need better training and strategies to deal with people who steal. I understand the issue, but your lack of professionalism caused me a really bad experience. I will just order what I need from Amazon ??♀️.
