Joanie is the best....I have been going here for years. I would never take my dog Shea anywhere else. She treats every dog like their her own....my dog adores her and she adores him.......and we adore Joanie......love her to pieces.....she is the best in Queens.........if your dog needs a haircut, take her to Sophie \\u0026 Teddy's on Dry Harbor Road.......taking them anywhere else is just UNACCEPTABLE......

So happy my neighbor recommended them. Joanie the owner is so lovely \\u0026 genuinely cares about your pup. My rescue dog has some separation anxiety , Joanie adjusts to his needs. Incredible experience! I have two Australian Shepherds who don't love getting groomed. Joanie and Hector were very accommodating and extremely patient with our guys. They were very attentive and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Both dogs look amazing. We will definitely be back!

What can i say, Joanie the owner is just the best, my little (?) guy goes nuts when we take him any place with out us, (Vet, groomer) she handles him with kid gloves and also does a great job, would never use anyone else for our little terror!

Brought our little bunny in for a nail trimming. They did a great job & were very fast and kind. If you have a bunny give them a call to arrange a quiet time to bring them in! So glad we found them!

I have a tough dog to deal with. She doesn't like being groomed and often gets irritated when she has to go in for an appointment. I understand that not everyone is going to be excited to deal with a dog like mine. However, this groomer stopped returning calls and was always "too busy" to take in my dog. She ended up recommending us to another dog groomer. Who, in my opinion, was much worse. At the end of the day, and I find it odd how the situation was handled.
