The location of one Quest Lab is near to my home and has parking. I was greeted when I entered and asked to sign in. Once done I took a seat and was called on time for my appointment. The technician reviewed my documents and asked me to take a seat so that he could draw the needed blood for my tests. Everyone has a very difficult time because my veins move and often will just stop giving blood. He checked one arm and instead of just trying to see if he could get my blood he asked to see the other arm, and felt he had a good vein and he did. He was able to draw my blood on the first try which really is an accomplishment. I was very happy with the care, service and the ability of the technician at Quest Labs

Front desk was very rude and the girl that she took me to the room very rude and nasty she refused to use butterfly needle she was disrespectful.

The lady at the front desk has a bad customer service, being rude to the patients, saying “get out and dont waist your time”, what??? Through the patients they get paid, so it doesn’t make sense, we waited around 3 hours there in a list, but the list never moved on, they dont know how to manage time. On top of that, we went around 10am and there was 12pm, they never attended nobody plus they close at 3pm, so basically what was they doing.
Do not come if you dont want to have a bad day, and argue with the personal, plus waisting your time.

Walk-ins are nonexistent at this location. Don't even attempt it. I waited over an hour to be told i will not be seen for a simple blood draw. These people are rude and have no customer service skills unless you are one of their own people. I will NOT go back here.

The two girls that worked here on Saturday had horrible customer service. I’ve been to several quest facilities and all of them try to accommodate standby appointments. One of the girls came out to the waiting room and said seven of you have standby appointments that does not mean you’ll be seen. You may want to try to go to another facility. Drawing blood takes five minutes The waiting room was full of Standby appointments. It was only 10 AM the patients in the waiting room could’ve been accommodated with two phlebotomist on site. By the time I was called, they couldn’t find my order in the system, but I felt like they just wanted me to leave. I’ve gone to several quest facilities with request from the same doctors yet this one can’t find orders in the system and just rushes you out without giving you the proper care.

They really need to work on their staff, almost everyone's rude and unprofessional. Front Desk people hates when someone ask for assistance. Hard to find anyone who could really pay attention to your concerns at this place

I have been at this Quest location at least 6 times in the last twelve months. My own experiences were bordering on pleasant and polite. Though, the people were never the same.
The last three times were with my mom who comes into the city for chemo. Columbia-Presbyterian gave my mom two collection specimen containers to take to Quest. The woman at the front desk wouldn't take them and gave her two new ones. We returned the next day and were told the containers were expired and couldn't be accepted. Mom went back home and had to ask her PCP to order the tests.
Columbia-Presbyterian needed blood work prior to her next chemo visit. They sent the orders into Quest. Mom came down 3/27 for a 2.30pm Quest appt. The female employee was so loud and rude to everyone. One patient was standing, stretching her legs, and was told to sit down because it wasn't her turn. The male hematologist called in "Ahmed" and a woman questioned, "You calling Amy?" The response was, "Ahmed!" No Ahmed, not even on the computer screen overhead. The man went back, came out and motioned for Amy.

If you have an appointment everything flows very quickly. Otherwise the staff is a bit rude

I had a great experience with Mila! There was no available appointments and Mila was kind enough to squeeze me in. I am a tough stick and she was able to get my vein easily on the first time. Would definitely go back!
