My doggie needed teeth cleaning and there was a lump growing on one of her mammary glands. I wanted it taken care of so she can be healthy since she's part of the family! Took a while to get an appointment as a new patient I called a few times just to secure one. Once I got a consultation and saw the veterinarian (who is amazing). So I scheduled her teeth cleaning and surgery day. She's a very small dog around 5lbs she was a bit concerned for her. When I picked her up after surgery she was definitely not happy and snapped at me but I understood the ordeal that she thought I put her through even for her own good! Anyways, after a few days giving her meds and cleaning her wound she started perking up and acting like herself which was faster than I expected! Animals are resilient! I am so glad I found Juniper Valley for my furry bf because it's close by home and there's the beautiful Juniper Park which after appts (not surgery) we can go for a nice walk.

Great experience for our kitty from start to finish. The entire staff was kind and informative. They didn't rush us through the appointment or recommend unnecessary treatments like many other vets. Thank you JVAH

Used this vet a few years back with another pet so was surprised when unable to reach via a phone call. The only way to contact them is via Text. Phone call only goes to voice mail. They expect payment to book appointment that is non-refundable if not cancelled with 24 hour notice. Since there are not appointments for almost a month do not see why the client should have to pay in advance. You do not pay in advance for medical doctors and maybe they should just do like all MD and DMD to today and call 1-2 days ahead to confirm if they have such a large no -show. Just was not a welcoming sense for new patients and decided would go elsewhere.

Dr. Mike Roemmelt is one of the best vets on staff there are several! . He was knowledgable about my dogs breed. Patient with my dog, I never felt rushed. i highly recommend this place.the prices are very reasonable.

Dr. McCarthy and his staff always provide exceptional services. They spend so much time with my two little guys every time I visit or receive a call from them. I only recommend this Vet to everyone I know.

From the moment I walked in the front doors I was greeted by name by a very friendly front desk employee. She escorted me and my highly anxious dog into a room so that he could relax. Dr.Casper, in my experience, is THE BEST. She has such a way with Charlie that puts him immediately at ease. She gets my dog!!!

The friendly front desk staff are very welcoming and professional. I trust my pet with Dr. Casper. She's very knowledgeable and kind. She explains everything in detail and I love that she gives multiple options because my financial situation is not where I'd like it to be. I want my cat to have the best and live comfortably, Dr. Casper is very good with him even when he's throwing a hissy fit.

Today, was our first visit to establish care and I was super impressed. The front desk was quiet and the receptionists are friendly. Dr. Colleen Kelly and her tech, Michael, were extremely compassionate. I could see they truly cared for my cats, just by the way they spoke and handled them. I haven't had a positive veterinary experience in such a long time. I highly recommend Juniper Valley Animal Hospital.

We've been taking our dog, Lily, to Juniper Valley for the past 5 years and have always had fantastic experiences. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, and they bring a calmness to all interactions. The vets are amazing. We have primarily seen Dr. Casper, and she has a very special way of connecting with and examining our *very* anxious dog, in a way that puts Lily at ease and lets us know she is always in great hands. We are so thankful to have found Juniper Valley and would absolutely recommend them to others!

Dr. Casper is the best! She cares for my cats as if they were her own family members. Dr. Casper always takes the time to answer my questions ( and I have quite a few!) and fills me in on what is going on every step of the way. From the personnel at the front desk to the vet techs every person does their best to get you through a difficult time. I trust all of the vets here to care for my babies when they are not feeling well.

We highly recommend Dr. Michael Roemmelt and the entire Juniper Valley Animal Hospital staff for their exceptional care of our cats, Iggy (7 years old) and Kitty (17 years old). Dr. Roemmelt is always warm and genuinely cares for the well-being of our cats. Iggy can be difficult to handle during visits due to his fearfulness, but Dr. Roemmelt is always patient and understanding. He takes the time to thoroughly research and diagnose any health issues, providing robust and thoughtful care. We are grateful for their excellent service and happy to have found our forever veterinarian and clinic. Additionally, the receptionist and staff are easily accessible through text messaging.
