This was the first time my cat was seen by Dr. Sheheri. I had a positive impression of her knowledge and she spent a good amount of time with us, clarifying things. I consider it a big plus the fact to be allowed to stay in the examination room during the visit! The young lady at the front desk (I should know her name) is the sweetest and the most well-mannered receptionist I've met in this clinic. Another plus!

I call to make a appointment (new client) sad to say she didn't understand my English. She call me during work hours and leave a message to call back because the papers didn't go through something with my email..The email that I have been using for the last 12 years.. The same day I call and put me on hold 3min so I hang out.. I call the following day and cancel my appointment that was for 11/13/2023, the reservation was canceled immediately not even received a question of will you like to reschedule... Guess going by the gift that I have my intuicion said this not the place. why I know why I sounded to HISPANIC. I have a Vet for my dog for 13 years but I wanted my kitten to been seen by a only cat Vet.. Thank you... is this the receptionist I wonder how the vet are?

I recently moved and my elderly cat has several chronic issues that require managing with multiple medications and frequent checkups. (IBD, EPI, heart murmur) I was concerned about finding an experienced vet who would be able to transition my cat's care smoothly from our prior vet. Forest Hills Cat Hospital has been truly fantastic over the course of this past year - They have been able to keep up to date with refilling medications, and have been very thorough with my cat's long medical history, and very attentive in responding to changes in my aging cats health. I also have a younger cat and she's received great primary health care here as well. I highly recommend both vets here, I've had excellent experiences with them both for both of my cats!

I called several places when me of my cats got sick, Forest Hills Cat Hospital was the only one willing to see her. I’m so grateful for them. They’ve been amazing with Maya, they’re so nice and professional. I’m happy to have a vet for her that specializes in cats.

My visit to Forest Hills Cat Hospital was exceptional in every aspect. The staff went above and beyond by explaining everything clearly, providing upfront pricing information, and speaking gently to my cats, creating a soothing atmosphere. The hospital itself was beautifully maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. Moreover, the short wait time further underscored their commitment to customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Forest Hills Cat Hospital to fellow cat owners; it truly stands out for its exceptional care and service.

Forest Hills cat hospital is wonderful for cat care, both routine and sick visits. Their boarding is also wonderful! My wife and I took in a stray a few years ago and they not only gave Goldie much care that he needed (he had a growth in his ear that needed to be removed, among other things), but also gave us many tips and help as this was our first cat.Goldie does not like being boarded and away from home, but they have a wonderful set and he always comes home happy. The care and staff at Forest Hills Cat hospital are all first class!

Love FH cat hospital.I first visited here as a referral from the sister clinic, Austin veterinary care. I didn't know that this place existed for many years. It's a huge plus how this is a cat only clinic, and the clinic cat Lily is a big sweetie with loud purrs. In my first visit here, I had to wait ~2 hours before being seen, I'm not sure if that's a normal thing or only when clients were late, so the schedule was backed up.It was worth the wait because Dr. Sheheri saw Skittle and was patient with Skittle's spiciness. I appreciated her evaluation of Skittle's health and how detailed it was. It took one visit from here to find a solution for skittle's issue that had been ongoing for months. I'm glad Skittle was cured from 2 issues. Will be taking Skittle here from now on, and future pets.

This is a great veterinary clinic for cats, especially those that don’t do well around dogs like mine! Everyone is caring and informative, and the decor is very welcoming for cat lovers. The prices are very fair for office visits and there is a loyalty program to cut the costs even more. Overall, I will be staying at this clinic for the long term.

Everyone at the FH Cat Hospital is concerned about your pet! From the front desk, the Techs and the Vets all are available for questions, information and generous with their time. The ONLY issue that makes it difficult...are the costs! Expensive..no payment plan and exorbitant fees.

Great place dedicated to your feline. Always helpful and you can leave confident that your cat is well. Not a big fan of not being able to be in the room with the cats or how you might need to point out something for them to look into it. However, I respect the health of the vets and it’s hard to notice things on every animal. I.e. during my first visit, they forgot to look into a fungal infection on all eight paws (2 cats) and I had to return the next week.Otherwise and generally, they’re fantastic, communicative, and very nice.
