Caught the guys behind the counter talking negatively about customers and they almost said something bout me before I greeted ?.. they decide to send my reeses in the same small bag as the hot food (online order) .. good job guys

I went in for 2 Rockstar energy drinks and a snack.Directly under where I grabbed the rockstar it said 2/4$.I go to pay and noticed it wasn't 2/4$ after I paid.Cashier and I walk over and see it was for a different drink... But then we see rockstar "buy 2 get 1 free"...Cashier man tells me I needed to bring the 3rd one during purchase to get the free one...Thanks cashier guy, it was a learning experience. Maybe get off your phone and fix some labels so other customers won't have issues.Looking at the other reviews here, avoid this store if you can... Not all 7-11 are as depressing as this one.

Very disrespectful no hello nothing they have the wrong prices placed in the wrong areas and do not give u the price that's advertised very rude very unfriendly the old owner was so much nicer with these owners I hope it goes out of business they r very very unsafe as well very rude the lady in the morning cuts the line and takes her time knowing there is a line behind her I'm ashamed I have to give it a full star I work in a different 711 and this 1 is horrible in ashamed I live in the same neighborhood as this messed up 711 smfh

The man introduced me is Jay and he was very polite. He stopped what he was doing to help me find what I was looking for and then he rung me up and then he helped the next customer and then he went back to cleaning and doing what he had to do. He really he seemed like a hard worker and I had a pleasant experience at that 7-Eleven. I highly recommend going there it's on Elliott and Metropolitan Avenue

The worst 7-11 the biggest reason is the parking lot the lot is always full to the point you can't pull in the entrances are blocked by cars ,and there is never anyone in the store every one parks there and goes else where . So I can't stand this one

Am always in there, usually nothing but friendly nice workers. Now there is a woman who works during the day who is the rudest person. She will make you wait to flirt with customers or to have a conversation with a co worker. Today as she was leaving she came back in bc she needed them to cash a lotto ticket for her. Cut the line and made the guy take care of her even though there were about 4 people waiting on line. So from now on when I walk by and see she is there I will walk to the candy store on the next block.

Just bought a beverage for $20 , left the store 200 ft later cardboard handle broke due to possibly being ripped by someone ,presented receipt from approximately 20 seconds ago and manager refused to return stating it didn't happen inside of the store. I've been a customer in that store since 2018 and NEVER AGAIN.
