I arrive often, the drinks are fresh, they taste good, their snacks are also. The store is always clean, open 247, I like being here. It offers everything any 711 do, it is near me so it is more convenient than others, but I like the services with the products. I’ve always stayed satisfied here.

Good morning everybodyI just went couple minutes ago to meet my co-workers and drink coffee but 7eleven workers from the pictures come outside and told us to buy sth right away or leave immediately........so we went to Dunkin donuts to buy coffee. Never experience sth like this

I usually don't venture to the middle village part of Queens but today I did and I am early as cuz is running late as always so I was lucky and happy when I saw a 711 in the area and ecstatic that a free parking lot is steps from the entrance. Too early for a big gulp or slurpees but a large white chocolate cappuccino via the self service hot beverage machine and a oversized blueberry muffin that's still fresh looking .Typical 711 stuff with lottery tickets , cigs , coffee, etc, being the main purchase . The plus is the store is well stocked and looks clean and prices are reasonable compared to most deli's and Bodega. Forty minutes sitting in my car at the 711 parking lot with my drink and sweet, reading my morning papers went quickly and smooth .3.5 stars on my yelp meter.

The people who work there don't respect. I bought a donut this morning and the cashier washed me. She threw her to the other cashier to charge me. I'm sorry, but the cashier is called Anjelica.

I’ve been coming to this 711 for years and never have I been so disrespected by a staff member. Usually staff is very helpful and friendly but this worker was an absolute nightmare. This young woman (early 20s with hair in a bun, buzz cut on bottom half of hair and with glasses) was so rude and called me a liar multiple times. All of this because I politely asked her if she could unlock the alcohol fridge so I could grab a case. I had to ask her multiple times because she kept saying it was open (when it wasn’t) and when she finally got up, she kept telling me that I asked her for something else and would not stop berating me with the fact that I lied. Such a strange encounter and totally uncalled for. I’m honestly not sure how someone with an attitude like that got hired. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location until she, inevitably, gets fired. I give it a few weeks at most.

The nighttime staff needs training. I went in with my son and he opened buns to put hot dogs in. Just as he starts to get the big bites the manger grabs one for a delivery order. He thought it was rude, we just left figuring fine. After I left I saw that we were double charged for things. so when i went back to the store she gave an attitude because I was mad at not just the overcharge but the disrespect. She could have apologized, but she just kept giving excuses and then lied and said the oven was "broken" because she obviously didn't want to clean it at night. Customer service training is not on the list here. Simple manners could have turned this bad situation. Glad this isn't the 7-11 we normally use. Never plan on coming here again.

Best 711 in queens imo.. staff is awesome and they always have simple syrup. Never write reviews but I literally had to because of how great they are. Thanks!

The selection at this location is very limited and as a Slurpee fan, this store really disappoints me. The machines are almost always either not ready or are not working.

First off I am very satisfied with todays purchase. I was able to get the best customer service and the cashier made my day with such polite interaction. I am very pleased with my purchase of coffee, it was fresh and delicious. Best 7-11 I have ever been to honestly. I will come back.
