Great live customer service is their only saving grace thanks to Greg. Extremely poor customer service by phone which is probably not even an employee of the Middle Island location, but still reflects the USPS. And don’t get me started on the hold times when calling the 1800 number. Ridiculous! And most frustrating is that it took 11 days for 1 certified letter to reach Albany NY from Long Island. The USPS site shows it in transit for 10 days straight. It’s 5 freakin hours away. The United States Postal Service should close up shop.

Worst post office iv'e ever seen.They are very unprofessional, extremely rude, don't want to be bothered, my mail is constantly being delivered to other addresses, and they don't have a single clue to what they're doing. I don't even go there anymore. I use a different towns post office which is waaaay better.
