I dont know what it is about this particular business but the owners/workers are pretty rude. From the way how they answer the door, to the way they talk to you... they answer the door essentially asking "what are you doing here"? Could do with a refresher on customer service. Won't be going back. Ever.

Fresh from the city life we searched for a dog groomer for our toy pomeranian dog Teddy. We looked at many places and finally coming across The Debonair dog. Very cute place adhering to COVID protocol, the staff is very friendly and even calling was well received. We inquired on prices and was hoping for an appointment next weekend but got lucky with a cancelation today!! We arrived there in minutes. There is parking outside which is great and was received by the one of the staff, she was very sweet and answered our questions. When it was time to pick up our dog we were so happy to see the results. Teddy smelled so good and seemed content which is a plus having him home now is like night and day. If you are looking for a dog groomer, you have to guve this place a try. We will definitely be back!

SHADY PRACTICES! I called in to Debonair dog to get a price on grooming my dog Sammy, they asked his temperament and what kind of dog, I told them very loving and affectionate and never aggressive, he's a husky/shepherd mix and I needed him bathed and his nails clipped. I was quoted $60 which is more than I usually pay elsewhere but wanted to try this place cause my daughter recommended them. I got an appointment for a week later and looked forward to it all week. I arrived with Sammy and was greeted by Erica, who took Sammy inside after 30 seconds of meeting him and gave me an index card, I filled it out with all my info and Erica came back out, she then started with what sounded like a set up, she said she would call 15 minutes before pick up to give me the price. I told her I was already quoted $60 and she said depending on temperament and if they need help clipping his nails it could go up, I got upset and started to get a little loud because I was excited and she got snotty and said don't raise your voice at me, I said I wasn't raising my voice at her I'm just Italian and get excited and that I didn't want to get robbed.she said she was Italian to so not to try her, I said I wasn't looking for a fight and I never had a problem at my normal groomer Pete from Wags and Tails and he's $15 less, she gave me, "the customer" more lip and attitude so I asked for my dog back and left. Erica aggravated me and ruined my day, I would never recommend them. Great reviews don't always ring true, sometimes they're fake and put up by workers and friends of workers. My Sammy is too good for this place. Great job Erica

Amazing and caring loving to all kinds of dog's I have a big red pitbull (Redrum) which they handle him with nothing but love and care and he comes out looking and selling amazing. Thank you ladies for all your hard work and dedication
