I have never seen anything like this ever! There are so many post-it notes all over this laundromat for literally everything! From washing machines to dryers to change machines. Whoever owns this place should....... nevermind. I can see why this place is so empty while other laundromats nearby are packed. Thought I just got lucky today when I came by. Now on my way to the crowded laundromat down the street.

laundry was terrible. The equipment was so old. The workers were so rude. and the place is very dirty. I don’t recommend this laundry.

i stopped here to do my laundry today and it says online they close at 11. i realized omg i forgot my laundry at 9:45. i work in the shopping center so it’s literally less than a minute walk. i called and asked when they close and the guy was actually so mean to me saying no we actually close at 10. so then i go there by 9:50 and the door was already locked. i did a little knock and the guy literally threw his mop out of anger. i understand everyone has bad days but i felt uncomfortable going in to get my laundry after that… especially when im a young girl alone with this man. not cool. doesn’t matter where you work you need to keep your composure.

The Hispanic lady is SOOOOOO nasty! I’ve been there twice and the first time the washer took my quarters and wouldn’t start. She said it was my fault and left. I had to chase her down to give me my money so that I can wash my clothes. The second time the dryer didn’t dry my clothes and she got so upset as if I broke it! She’s lucky both times I was in a chill mood.

Worst place blond lady is very rude nasty and disrespectful cursing people out in front of there little kids. She shouldn’t work with the public,Now for the machines they are old and expensive they spill all over and don’t work when you have an issue they are rude and nasty and say what would you like us to do……. I went here to wash my down comforter and it was by far the worst experience. The place is very run down and the dryers don't all work. Definitely needs new machines. The worst part by far is the snarky, rude woman who works at the desk. She was very rude to me when I tried to ask a question and to a lot of other customers while I was sitting there.

Lady was somewhat rude said I asked enough questions I found the machines to be somewhat small and somewhat expensive compared to what I'm used to I'll be looking for another laundromat

Never coming back again it has taken me 1hr and 17min to dry my clothes changing back and forth between dryers and maybe only two out of 10 actually dry smh this place is horrible. What laundromat still uses quarters

I've been going to the laundromat for the last 3 to 4 years hoping to see a change maybe an upgrade and nothing I don't know who the owner is but they really don't care about the place hopefully they sell it to someone who cares to upkeep it same old machines half the time their broken and the new machines they got are always taken due to the fact of the limited amount of them and the dryers are horrible the staff are ok no problems with them but if it wasn't for the convince of being close to where I live I wouldn't bother at all Ridge is very small and doesn't have many things and I think that's the only reason why this laundromat stays open simply due to its location in a plaza with many other stores that people around this area use

Sad how you had to give one star just to write a review... the machines are always broke, dryers half the time works. I used their 1 new machine(loads 6) and half my stuff was still dry. The lazy always angry blonde said that it was too much stuff in the machine...lies!!! I rewashed in the medium machine(loads 4) and they washed perfectly. All enough reason not to pay compensate me for their machine not working properly. Just throw the whole laundromat out ans start again with new management and staff.

All the changes machines and bill breakers are non functional and the lady at the front refused to give me any change told me to go to Subway and ask. First and last time here also the machines smell of mildew

Here today10/18/22 I moved here in January of this year.used this laundromat a few times . Did not like it. Here now and was not thinking of my first experience’s here. A lot of the washers were out of service. The same big washers machine are different prices “. The dyer’s don’t dry my big comforters , have to use a ton of quarters to dry my blankets and clothes. Will not come here again.stay away. This laundromat is stuck in the eighties. Out dated machines
