Went to go and get my Passport photo taken. Gentleman behind the counter told me that they have repeatedly taken photos for people that get denied. Told me about the set-up that they were given to use and how they “don’t like it”, so they use their own makeshift set up. No wonder they’re getting denied. Told me I’d be better going somewhere else to get the photo done unless I want to “take the risk”.
Please use the set up you’re given even if you don’t like it. I drove 40 minutes to get here.

I don't use FEDEX very often. Today I needed help getting a document "overnight " to Florida. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Explaining the process and what I can expect. I will use this location in the future.

went there in my pajamas today early this morning to mail an emergency package to my mother overnight, the girl there was super helpful, and made an experience I was dreading super easy !! It was only after I left that I realized I should of asked her name, it was 9 am 12/7 ...kudos !!!!!
