Also five stars for the wonderful team of people here. Nothing but friendly smiles and a very professional staff.We were able to walk here from our hotel which did not surprise me. I also love not having to worry about parking, which they did not seem to have a lot of. Saratoga Springs is very easy to navigate and get from one spot to another. “Every time I use the post office on Washington Ave, the staff are always very pleasant and honest with what additional services I should purchase (ex: insurance with tracking, expedite passport info, etc) when shipping a package or applying for a passport. And If there is a long line, it seems to move pretty smoothly. This is the only location I l prefer doing business with.”
