“Golden era is one of the best nutrition spots that you will find on Long Island. The staff is very educated on the supplements and they have traditional body building meals like chicken and rice, chicken and veggies, steak and rice and so many other options for you to have right after your workout or even throughout the day. it’s comforting to have a great nutrition store near me that’s B.S free. Very calm and relaxed environment right near the beach for you to enjoy a nice lunch. The owner + staff are all very humble and kind people who definitely care about your health and aren’t just trying to sell you nonsense. The smoothies are amazing. My favorite is the pbnj. Great place 10/10”

“I walked into this hidden shop in Oceanside, NY. To my surprise, my first impression was it's a very well-organized shop with supplements, prepped meals, freshly made smoothies with produce and products from local vendors, Empire Swag ( Branded clothing), and many more features! The customer service was excellent, A1! I liked the atmosphere the most. It felt homey, unlike if you walk into a regular supplement store just to buy supplies in and out type of ordeal! “I've been buying meal preps from this location for about 2 years now. I've always loved the recipes and flavors the meal preps offer.., but as of lately the quality of the food isn't the same. It seems they have gotten a bit stingy with the meat.This meal specifically is a low carb meal, so you can expect a lot of veggies. But it's mostly batter, veggies and a very small amount of meat.When you're paying $10-13 for a meal- you expect a little more. But, I'll still buy more meal preps, it's just something for them to be mindful of.My favorite are the overnight oats!! They are the best ever.”

“Update at bottom !Kid behind counter placed my pick up at store 5 diff bottles, loose not packaged -should have been 6 - on the counter and He ran off to back of the store and perhap was on phone with another customer and ignored me seeing I was confused. Unbeknown to me at the moment the Total on order I paid for was 7 as one was being shipped. Pick pack slip he put on counter with bottles showed 6 so I thought leaving with 5 was ok! They still have not responded to my email that night as I requested they ship the shortaged item. Then I got an email asking how was my email with James? I don’t know who James is and James and not send me an email. It is James also the one who did not give me one of my supplements?Here is a response to their Response! I have emailed now twice And now u want me to call?! Here’s the order # w041273290 ! The item not given to me that I paid for is sku# 2158996! Please stop waisting my time for $26 or whatever it was and kindly ship or drop off as I asked!!!Finally after no further response, 2 weeks later I called your 800# and the Rep didn’t think twice and made me whole. For this raising my rating to 4 giving the kid and the company benefit of the doubt. Thankyou!”

“Enjoy the CBD flower but tinctures are VERY pricey and not affordable. Staff friendly but kinda pressured me into doing a 5 star review in exchange for a discount. I’d give five stars if it were a little more affordable. A tincture bottle shouldn’t cost 100 with tax or 150 with tax for the stronger one. I’m disappointed because I want to get myself and my dog tinctures because we both have anxiety but it’s too expensive. Otherwise I’m glad this place exists.”
