I have been to this location several times and they always give top notch service. Today I went in completely stressed because I had broken my phone. Within an hour I left with a new phone and all of my information was transferred. Great job! Thank you for turning my day around.

I had a very positive experience at the Verizon in Merrick, NY. The two that gentlemen on staff were very knowledgeable and helpful to my son and I.
