Had the Best Experience in this store. Extremely knowledgeable , friendly and super helpful staff! I actually dreaded going there, based on past experiences at AT&T and Optimum stores, but I was pleasantly surprised. Very professional and superb customer service!

You want knowledgeable staff great customer service THIS IS YOUR CORPORATE STORE!!!!! I live in Massapequa and have a corporate store 5 minutes from me I drive to Merrick because they KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING… I highly recommend this Verizon store for service their management team is amazing Jay and Kim and the rest of the staff are amazing never had a problem

I had a great experience at this Verizon corporate store. The staff were friendly, efficient, and didn’t try any sideways upsells—which has been an issue for me at other locations in the past. I got a new phone and iPad with no hassle. Honestly, I was close to disconnecting Verizon after past experiences, but this visit completely turned that around. Highly recommend this store if you want straightforward, helpful service.

Kim and Brian are the absolute BEST! They were so helpful and patient with us. They went above and beyond. I can feel overwhelmed in cell phone stores but they assured me I’d be well taken care of and they were right! Thank you Kim and Brian!

Kim is absolutely incredible! She was helpful, kind, and efficient! I was so impressed by her knowledge and attitude. Brian was also wonderful! He took his time with us and explained everything really well. We will be back just for them!

Excellent service at this location. Kim sold us 2 new iPhones and seamlessly transferred everything from our old phones to the new models. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. My compliments also to the Store Manager who made sure all incoming customers were promptly served.

Never shopping here again for any services whatsoever. Never met such a careless group of individuals no accommodations whatsoever. At first we called and said what do we need for the phone pickup, we were told on the phone just come with your identification you’re an authorized user. Once arriving we were told we need the credit card that was used to place the order and identification which wasn’t told to us on the phone. So I come back to the store at 6:58 when it closes at 7 they are already locking the store up all they need to released my phone is to look at my identification and the card that was used to place the order. So not only was it an inconvenience you told me one thing on the phone and then another thing in person I hustle and rush to get back to the store before closing time for you to tell me we can’t open the door, I could understand if it was a whole process but my phone was bagged up ready to go they just needed to see the identification and card used. It’s okay I will come back tomorrow morning at 10 AM and pick up the new phone but first impression is everything, I could’ve made a scene about the policy but I didn’t, I could’ve made a scene about them closing the doors earlier than expected but I didn’t I just wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop here at all. First impressions are everything, every encounter I had today in that store was negative.

Came in for a trade in specific to this store. The email clearly says come in store and complete trade in. The commission hungry employee just cares about selling you a phone and getting you out. The manager who I just spoke to 1 minute ago went to the back, I asked if I could ask him why my trade in isn’t possible Marc the commission hungry employee said he’s on break “he’ll be back in one hour”. He told me to come another day. This employee Marc doesn’t define customer obsessed.
