Compared to other boutiques, Vanilla Sky’s prices are not expensive. Not saying they aren’t a bit pricey but compared to others, especially in the same area, they are cheaper. And they have a younger vibe going on even though I still shop there at the age of 43!

A bit more than I’m used to spending, but the clothes are cute. Some items can be hard to find a small in, but for the most part the sizes are okay. If you’re really small (-XS), it can be hard to find anything that fits nicely, so maybe try somewhere else for that. Anyone else should be good.

Would have giving them 5 stars but they mostly only had X-Large sizes. No medium sizes in anything my daughter liked. Not a very large selection but very nice styled clothing.

I'm disappointed in the customer service at this store. My sister and I were given gifts from Vanilla Sky (Merrick Store) from my aunt recently for our birthdays. They were purchased from the store September 5 and we have gift receipts. Unfortunately neither of the outfits fit us, so we need to return or exchange. Because of COVID travel restrictions, my aunt wasn't able to give us the gifts until after the 2 week return/exchange period. We tried contacting Vanilla Sky twice to ask if we could work with them on an exception to the policy since we just wanted to exchange, not return, and explained the COVID-related issue. One employee curtly told us we were out of policy. When we tried again and explained our situation, another employee was polite but wouldn't make an exception. Now we have 2 full, expensive outfits that don't fit and no options for exchange. Very disappointed!

A teeny bit pricey but totally worth it. I never regret my finds here and the girls that work there have always been so so nice. I love the cute mini shopping tote I got with my purchase too. It’s easy to become a regular here.

Some stores tend to be a hit or miss with their clothes but Vanilla Sky about 9/10 of the time tend to have the cUTEST clothes. The employees aren't always the friendliest but the clothes make up for it

AMAZING customer service, the store is in immaculate condition everything is so clean and extremely organized. The manager colleen was incredibly helpful, i always have the hardest time finding the right fiting jeans, she took control and found me 4 amazing pairs that fit perfect! I felt completely comfortable expressing what i want to her and she was so commited to helping me find it. What a wonderful experience! In some of these luxary boutiques the girls working there can be very intimidating and judgemental. Not colleen and the other girls working here, its never easy to open up to a young beautiful girl with a judgemental face about your body insecurities and to explain what you want your clothes to hide, not here! Colleen and the girls were so helpful and relative. Made me feel completely comfortable. My new wardrobe has me feeling more confident than ever! Thanks to the help of colleen and the other girls I feel like a new person! On another note the clothes themselves are to die for! And the girls were dressed so fashionable!

Went here yesterday with my daughter valentina, just went in for a specific top, unfortunately it had sold out but the two girls that work there were awesome, on called their other store in Woodbury to see if they still had stock. They too were out, no problem though, the store was beautifully displayed with lots of fabulous clothes so we went ahead and bought a few items,,, the girls were really nice very helpful and extremely professional,,,,,just wanted to let people know you won't be wasting your time,,,this boutique has beautiful tasteful (sexy and classy) apparel..and the staff goes above and beyond ,,,,
