Michael at UPS provided outstanding service today! He was not only patient but also extremely attentive as I processed a large return order. He made sure every package was perfectly sealed and scanned, demonstrating a level of care and professionalism that is rare to find. Michael truly went above and beyond, and his dedication shows he is a valuable asset to UPS. Employees like him deserve to be recognized and promoted for their excellent work. As a frequent customer of Merrick’s UPS store, I can say that this location runs very efficiently and holds customer service to a high standard. In particular, Alonzo has always made sure our trips to the UPS store have gone smoothly. His attention to detail and consideration for the customer are a nice breath of fresh air in a time when manners and a kind smile have been forgotten. Thank you, Alonzo and team.

I stopped using this store because its practices are unsavory. How can you be a paid vendor( Macys) for returns and attempt to charge for tape, or packing with the customer has their own vendor provided packaging whilst other UPS stores do not try to manipulate customers like this. There's rarely customers in this store! I understand why now. Scrolling down I see this overcharging is common @ your store. SMH

I have use this UPS location for several years, staff used to be helpful, friendly courteous, however in the recent 2 months i have interacted with 2 staff that were rude and unhelpful. I was on line waiting to be called to the counter and the worker just walks away without saying anything. Hopefully their management makes some changes on supervising their employees better and re educating them on appropriate customer service

Guys- I have gone in twice to this location and both times I interacted with Angel. The kid is superb, professional and goes out of his way to help. Most of the UPS locations have a hard shut down at 6:30 or 7PM. Angel was nice enough to help me with 7 different packages even though I was there until like 7:20z. He is amazing and truly an ASSET TO THIS STORE. Anyone is tired of UPS stores, definitely give this store a try and talk to Angel. Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is the best UPS location!!! They are kind, quick and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this store over all others. All of the other UPS stores should learn customer service from Mamba and Angel!!! They are amazing.

Never even opened my package from my Macys return. Went to the UPS store and showed my return slip of my unopened package on my phone and was told it would be $2 to print it. How cheap is that of them. I’ve been there many times in the past and paid premium postage for their services for the convenience but now they just lost a customer.
