The customer service was absolutely terrible! The person I encountered seemed completely uninterested in helping me and was too busy holding his cell phone to his ear. When I asked him some questions about paint, he rudely told me to try Ace Hardware. If you don't like your job, then find something else! This is completely unacceptable.

What an awful experience. I went to this store on 4/28/2024 at 12:30pm. There was absolutely no one in the store except for the guy behind the counter. I asked him for some ideas and he referred me to their app. I came all the way to a store and received no interest in helping me at all. What is the purpose of having a store if the representative are not willing to engage with their customers. I would rate this store a ZERO if I could.

Patrick was very friendly, helpful and professional. He had a good sense of humor and was attentive to my wife’s questions. I am colorblind and have no idea about complimentary colors. I did not get the name of the other associate there at the time but he was also friendly and asked if we needed help. The paint is expensive but it is a superior product to the competitors. I highly recommend this store. The only downside is my wife now wants me to paint the rest of the house.

I had a terrible experience with the manager at this location. They were incredibly rude to me, despite me being given incorrect information from one of their employees regarding a sale date. Unfortunately, despite living incredibly close to this location, I would rather travel anywhere else to purchase paint. Prior to this, I should have been clued in to their behavior when I went to this paint store for the first time, asked for color advice and they replied with "We don't get involved with helping choose colors."I highly recommend Aboff's Paint on Merrick Road. They are kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful.

Bought a grill and a few accessories right near closing. Employees were friendly and accommodating. They had great selection and we're very helpful with suggestions on makes and models. Store was super nice. Would recommend.

Unfortunately there is no oil paint, due to the storm down in Texas, but they were able to make a latex paint for me.Nice clean store, staff very helpful....
