This review is long overdue. We used Number 1 Auto Transport to transport 2 cars from NJ to FL about 18 mos ago, and they were excellent. We called a handful of companies, and most inspired zero confidence - they were either slick salespeople or downright shady. I never spoke to the same person twice. Number 1, on the other hand, really was #1! Brian was terrific - he was straightforward and always accessible, explaining everything clearly so there were no surprises. He addressed all of our concerns without any doubletalk and communication was excellent every step of the way. We really appreciated him/his team being able to accommodate us during a very busy season with very short notice. Managing an out-of-state move can be very stressful but Brian made sure our car transport was seamless!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I found myself dealing with a different shipping company that was being highly unprofessional and shady. I contacted Mickey and he came through like a true hero for me! Their company put my mind at ease and told me what was going on so I knew how to deal with the other company that was wronging me. Number1 Auto Transport has all my future logistics needs! Highly recommended!

The broker/ salesman at Number 1 Auto Transport was very courteous and took time with me to explain the process even before I ok'd the contract. I felt very secure with entrusting my low mileage Jeep Cherokee to his contract carrier. The actual carrier was also very cooperative and called before both the pickup and delivery as was promised. They used what looked like a very new Semi Tractor trailer rig and delivered my vehicle very promptly at it's 1400 mile destination. I could not be happier with the shipment and the communications and the cost was very reasonable.

The team at Number 1 has taken care of me for years. Booking shipping for cars is one of my least favorite parts of the business but Number 1 makes it easy and connects me with people that do a great job. Can't recommend enough.

There are a ton of auto transport companies out there and it’s hard to tell what to go with. Number 1 auto has some seriously good reviews while many of the others had 4 stars even and above with the classic car in question I didn’t want to take any chances.We booked and within a week our driver was picking up the car and even helped my relatives get it working so it was easier to load (fuel pump issues). When it arrived he showed great care for the car even showed me a few odd ball issues it had and had attached a trickle charger on transport over.The driver already has more business as a result of how impressed my relatives were from his pickup and I will def use Number 1 auto again should I need transport services in the future.

My experience with Number 1 auto transport was A+ from start to finish; James took the time to explain the process in a detailed and understandable way and was very patient and direct in answering my questuons..I was contacted by Ivan within the 3 day window as promised by James and he worked and communicated with me in a timely way and delivered the car on the day he predicted.I used a different service last year and the difference in honesty, communication and reliability has Number 1 Auto Transport over that firm like night and day! Number 1 Auto moved my car from Nj to CA last month and Rob did a great job! He was available on the phone all the time and his response time was super fast. He found carrier within 24 hours when all the other brokers were unable to find drivers for days, Car was picked up exact date and delivered to California within 5 business days. I will definitely use them for my future transportation needs and recommend to all of my friends and family! Great Job by Rob and whole Number 1 Auto transport team!!
