Refused to inspect my vehicle because I wanted to put it on a clear sticker in order to not damage my windshield for future yearly removal of inspection sticker.. pretty much called me a criminal to my face.

The NICEST people! Brought my car in without an appointment because the air conditioning wasn't working. They looked at it right away but unfortunately couldn't repair it. There was no charge for their assessment. I really appreciate the time and care that was taken to explain things to me. I will definitely be returning to this station for all of my future car maintenance. Thank you!!

To the people of South Merrick...Merrick Service Station is a great place to bring your vehicle for any problem what so ever. The owner of the station Singh is dedicated to making sure your car gets the right part. The prices for repairs and other routine maintenances very fairly priced.

Got gas from here and grabbed a bottle of water. It was dark, I took a sip and quickly realized it tasted weird. Turned the lights on and looked closer only to find a CHEWED UP GUM in the freaking bottle. How is this ok? check your cameras and make sure this doesn’t happen with anyone else.

Shady practices!!! Only one pump is full service when everything else is Self Service, and the guy doesn't even come out when you pull up to the full service pump. The full service is like 50 cents plus more than the self service price. When I went to complain he said that he was coming out to tell me but I already started pumping which I believe is total B.S.. Hopefully there is a way to complain to Exxon Mobil about this because this is not a great practice to have towards customers.
