Went to get a NYS inspection. I am a woman and was alone. The guy tried to sell me brakes that I didn't need. I explained to him that I have indicators that come on even with a little bit of life left in them. He wouldn't pass my car. Funny thing, my husband took it to a different station the following day, and my car passed without question. Beware ladies.

Our car overheated on the highway and called Merrick as they were less than 1 mile from us. Even though they were closing within the hour they were able to see our car as soon as we arrived and stayed open a little past closing to ensure we were in good shape to drive home. They saved us so much extra stress, time, and money. So so grateful for their help and hospitality

my 99 Lexus ls400 has 287,000 miles and the only reason it’s alive is because of this shop. I highly recommend this shop to everyone . I seen some fake reviews don’t knock it until you try it . Great customer service very friendly staff, they will show you what is wrong and explain it to you which most places don't care to do. Get your car fixed here prices are explained in detail and its not a secret where your parts are coming from they don't hide anything. Thank you guys very much.

i hightly dont recommend this place they change axles in my car and they said they did a good job i got in my car and left few hour later both axles fell apart an front wheel went flying i got in to an accident nearly killing my family dont go to still place they dont know what they doing especially huni the fat old man said its not hes problem ...
