I came across Lonny's as a result of contacting the manufacturer of a leather jacket I was trying to find. The company sent me to Lonny's. I called, Lonny's shipped me the jacket which arrived the next day, and were lovely to work with. The customer service was incredible! While I don't live on Long Island, I plan to take a ride out there to shop in-person. Thank you, Lonny's!

Went to this store to buy my girlfriend a present, and was greeted my Stacy the manager. Shopping for clothing for my girlfriend is not easy, and she was super helpful, and her recommendations made my gift a huge success! Highly recommend this store!

Love love love the store! The owner is beyooooond sweet and the staff is always great and super helpful! I always look forward to shopping here!! My city friends love this store as well and we love to pop in and shop when they are visiting me. If you ever "need" anything, this is the place to find it! They have the most fabulous high quality clothing and accessories. They also have a great sale wall! I definitely recommend, but you can't drive by there daily because you'll ALWAYS see something that you'll want lol. #guilty Point being...RUN don't walk to Lonny's! You won't be disappointed!

Save your time and avoid the Woodbury store, and go to a different Lonny’s location where the sales associates are actually polite. The sales person Donna, who wasn’t even the one “helping” us and was just on her phone at the counter, has to be one of the rudest sales associates I’ve ever experienced. Go to Great Neck instead, they’re much nicer there.

Loved this store. Had to get a outfit for a special occasion and Donna made a very stressful situation smooth and just loved her taste. Wish I lived closer. Lonnys will now be my go to everytime I am in New York. Donna thank you, you are the best!!
