Horrible customer service and horrible at fixing phones!!
Got a screen repair here. Brought it home and the screen still had pixel damage. They told me i had dropped it again on my drive home!
Finally convinced them to repair it again. And went another day without a phone for 6 hours. When i arrived to pick it up at the time i was given they said it was still not ready. They gave it to me anyways after telling me it’s not ready. The screen was fixed but the phone functioning was damaged this time. I took it to my cellular carrier the same day since none of my apps or internet was working. They told me never to go back to this place again. Ended up needing to get a whole new phone.
Save yourself the stress, go elsewhere!

I randomly picked this shop from the list provided by my phone insurance and I am so happy that I did.
Draconia was so helpful and courteous! My repair was done well and quickly. When I went back for a screen protector she had it done in what felt like 3 minutes!

This is the best place ever to come when you're having a technical issue. Draconia is the most amazing tech that I've ever met. She can literally fix anything. She is an azaming human being! This is my 2nd time at this location. And im totally committed. If you're having a technical issue this is the place to come!! I don't intend to ever go anywhere else.
