1 had today and riteaid had it for 21.89 i am changeing phamacys now goodbye greedy cvs ps i checked alot of my past prescriptions and rite aid was cheaper on all of them so was wallgreens etc,

As the Duke of this location, I am not happy about what happened tonight July 29, 2020. A customer decided to take off his mask while on line, walked to the counter and had a discussion with the cashier with his mask hanging off his right ear. Unless your name is Vinnie Van Go there is no excuse for that.Even worse the cashier didn't ask him to put the mask on. When I questioned the cashier about the mask violation he just shrugged his shoulders. Maybe CVS sales are down and they need to spread the virus.Hey NY we are just lucky right now. The virus is just not strong here right now. We are not doing a good job of prevention.

Waste of time coming in here. Cashier has no interest in helping customers, so I walked out without making a purchase and I won't be coming back.

This pharmacy is ALWAYS packed and takes forever to receive prescriptions. The pharmacy area sometimes has only one pharmacist and one cashier. I feel sorry for them being overworked while being under staffed. They are both courteous polite people that help you out but when you schedule a pick up time and get a text it's ready and it's not...you have to wait there for up to 2 hours to get it "expedited." If they are this busy and successful they should do their customers a favor and have more staff to work the area to relieve the stress both of them encounter every time I have come here in the past year!

So let me try to understand this. Multiple items in one area are listed as 2/$6.00. I select 2 items (not the same, but both listed as being sold as 2/$6.00) and go to pay at the register. As it's being rung up I see these 2 items come to almost $9.00! I question the amount and am told that because they are not the SAME item the 2/$6.00 price will not be honored. Huh??? Ya lost me. No, seriously you just lost me. I declined to purchase everything I had on the counter and walked out. Not cool CVS cashier. Walgreens will be happy to gain a customer.

Usually go the CVS on Merrick Road in Merrick. My wife and I needed to get the Shingles Vaccine. The Merrick Road store did not have the vaccine so I decided to call this MERRICK Mall store. Spoke to Jessica the pharmacist and was told they had it in stock. Went into the pharmacy at 6pm and Jessica was very friendly and attentive. She processed our insurance and gave us the vaccine. She was gentle and extremely knowledgeable. It was obvious she loved her job and was great with people. CVS is very lucky to have her.

Never get prescriptions here. I had been using them for years because they were close to my house but after countless times messing up refills and dosages I've had enough. They've blamed my doctors when it is over and over again their fault. If it is not the computer messing up my orders it is manual error. Going to find a new pharmacy today and have everything moved there. I don't care if it is 15 min out of the way I am never letting them put me through their nonsense again
