Well run class. Very welcoming gym to an out of town visitor. Will be back.

I’ve been a member at CrossFit Strong Island for a little under 2 years and have been impressed from day one. They keep a clean facility, vary the workouts, and emphasize a team atmosphere. Those new to CrossFit or those with years of experience would all fit in very well, highly recommend. 5 stars!

Member since 2017...no better Crossfit gym in the area. Coaches are attentive and community is welcoming
