The Mobil app is excellent. It's easy to navigate. The branch personnel are very friendly & helpful. The interest rates for savings & CDs just went up to 5%.

Always a negative experience at this location. Recently called just to see what the currency exchange rate is and was told they can't tell me over the phone it has to be in person. Hangup, call the Massapequa park branch and was given the rate right away. Very simply task and yet they make you go in person

If I can give this place 10 stars I would! Their customer service is great, I had a huge issue with my account and my nearest branch couldn’t help me nor customer service on the phone so I came to Merrick citibank and Ken Altman went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue as well as Lydia I believe her name was. I genuinely appreciate their time and hard work to resolve my issue.

Had a few issues with my account. Tried to remedy it on the phone with Citibank, but they said I had to go to a branch. Was annoyed because I thought I would have to wait and deal with an unfriendly associate. I am happy to say I was greeted by a friendly person and everyone in the Merrick Citibank could not have been nicer. They took their time and fixed the issue. Plus while I was there I heard another customer who was sitting with an associate say “Thank you, you are a life saver” I have to say everyone was A pleasure to deal with. BRAVO CITIBANK

I sent my husband to make a cash deposit of 140.00 into my account. He was told he had to be a signer on the account to make a deposit . They did not even ask him if he had an account which he does a joint savings with me

I dont mind citibank as a company but this branch has rude employees. I dont know their names but specifically two old ladies who work there will give attitude when you ask them for anything that requires typing. I need to withdraw money from a checking account that does not have a debit card attached to it (cant use the atm) and they acted like i was a horrible person for it. And this was every single time I walked in...i just stopped going to this branch.

I give this branch 5 stars . Manager Delgado is very helpful . Deff recommend this branch . I had recently went to the Freeport branch and they just look at you and don’t even ask if you need help. They were just giving me a run around.

I went in today with some questions about opening a business account. I was sitting there for over 30 minutes and nobody bothered asking me what I came in for. I understand it's the weekend and you are understaffed but one must come to at least acknowledge the presence of a client and see what they're there for. I ended up going to the Newbridge branch which was more than welcoming and helped me with everything I was looking for.

What an awful bank. I had a block put on my account for no reason and received nothing but a bad attitude from Wilma the manager and absolutely no help. Now I have no access to my money. I will be going to chase.

I'm so disappointed â˜¹ï¸ with the disingenuous nature of the process to call a branch- no one picks up and you go to a call center. So sad that my local banker is not there for me any longer- it's an outrageous lie when the “machine†says “you will be connected to your branch†when in reality I tried just to “prove my point!†Over two days I called the Merrick Branch 30 times- how busy could this Bank be that NO ONE had the decency to answer my call? I was shorted 10$ in coins! So sad, I'm moving to a smaller more personal bank immediately! As a College Professor I'm so disgusted at this sort of deception- what has happened to the legendary legacy of client connections???
