Paul and his team did a great job rebuilding my car that was needlessly totaled by the insurance company and restoring it to full use better than it was before the accident. At pickup I found that they had compounded and waxed the whole car making it look even better in places not even involved in the accident. I highly recommend Brookdale Auto Center.

This review is from an experience I had two years ago. I called to use a Groupon for interior and exterior detail. The man who answered the phone was most surly person I have ever encountered. Though I was put off by his impertinence I did get my car detailed. They did an excellent job but I hope they now have a friendly person answering their phones.

Had a poor experience with them back a few years ago. Took advantage of me, a kid out of highschool. Sold me a broken car that needed repair soon after purchase then hung up on me after I mentioned them taking advantage. Refused to give the car back at first because I begged to knock 300 dollars of a 1300 repair after I just bought the car. I can speak on them now but I can never forget the experience I had about 10 years ago

CLEAR AND SIMPLE: PAUL DID NOT LOOK INTO MY KEYLESS SENSOR BEING REINSTALLED PROPERLY AND DISMISSED ME. Had some minor body damage to the truck, which they repaired. Remote entry now not working, Paul tells me to change my batteries in the keyfob. I do that. I ask him to look into it since I had to bring it back anyway when they couldn't configure the TPMS properly on replaced wheels. Paid extra for new sensors, remote entry still not working. Doubt he looked at it. On my SECOND bring back, he claims he checked it and it worked, but clearly from the video, across the street from the garage its not working. He's playing d*** with me. It's 100% common for this in bodyshop work. There's nothing more frustrating than your keyless entry not working when your remote is in your pocket and the button doesnt unlock your door. Now beyond me being annoyed, my wife is annoyed, which only compounds the issue. I send this video to Paul, he agrees I should take it to someone else to fix - he's likely had enough of a paying customer who already paid at this point. I will have to pay for a competent mechanic unfortunately to fix their work As soon as a loaner is available). Another "used-to-be-great" story here with this business. I miss Richie who would go to great lengths to make everything alright. That concern for customers is gone.

Excellent work. Recommended by the dealer for Brookside's expertise in the brand, especially for my car's four-stage paint process. Car looks like it came right from the factory. They kept me informed and everything was done as promised and on time. Great job.

Everybody at Brookside went over and beyond to help me. Let me start with being a women it is hard to find somewhere to go where you feel comfortable and you don't have to worry about being taken advantage of.From the second I walked in I had no idea what to do, Paul helped me with everything and explained it all step by step from filing my claim, my rent a car and took me to get my rent a car(he also explained to me what to look for so they don't add anything on my bill). After some time I called and spoke to Joanie and explained the insurance company wants me to return the rental, She reached out to the insurance company and handled it, she called me back within 5 minutes and told me don't worry about it she took care of it. Later that day she went out of her way to bring me my car since I was stuck at work and took back my rental for me. My car looks ABOSULETY AMAZING...... Everyone there is amazing Did I mention how Amazing my Car looks like I never had an accident :)

Rich and Elmer saved me THOUSANDS of dollars on both vehicles I took to them (2015 Maserati Ghibli & 2018 Ford Edge). They are honest and will not oversell you for the benefit of their own profits. You can go to them with the confidence that they will get you back on the road in a timely fashion. I trust them with all things under the hood and they don’t cut corners. My auto shop Forever!
