My husband took his car here a few months back to get inspected and when we went to pick it up were confused as to where the car/workers were, a minute later the mechanic pulls into the lot in my husbands car and gets out with a brown bag and coffee from deli. He Took our car to go get lunch and laughed and shrugged at us when he got out of the car ! So unprofessional. Place is a $h!th0le

Called the day before to get my car inspected and was told to bring it in tomorrow at 9am. Next day I drop the car off at 830am and don’t hear anything until 430pm. Mechanic states “ we couldn’t get to it today, we got stuck on a Mercedes. I did drive it though and the steering was tight so that’s a safety concern”. Been working on cars for 15 years and never heard of steering being to tight for a “safety concern”. Picked up the car and brought it down the block where the car passed inspection. Also, this station has the highest prices for gas compared to local stations all the time. If you want to go to a butcher shop, this your place!

Holms Service Station scammed my parents for years. We just sold the car, and I went through the service records here, and it's disgusting how dishonest they are. They somehow always found issues, prematurely replaced parts constantly, and overcharged my parents for years. This is a prime example of why people distrust mechanic shops. Complete rip-off. I wouldn't trust them as a gas station, let alone to touch another vehicle. What these people do is disgusting. This was a brand new Honda at the time. My family would have been better off going to the dealership. At least there's some oversight.

Jay & his crew saved me a lot of $$$ compared to a quote I received from another shop for front strut replacement. Car rides close to brand new. Highly recommend!!!!!

DISHONEST. Avoid getting ripped off!I had family members bring their car here, and these mechanics always found some issue, or insisted on replacing parts that didn't need replacing. It was a scam, and this is why mechanics get a bad wrap. Some shops are honest, and others are like this place. There's a reason why they keep changing the name and have multiple sites for reviews.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to go there 3 times after telling me again and again to come back. I got a cell-phone to call for appointment, they never answer. Ridiculous.

Saw worker vacuuming water out of their large tanks and dumping it in the sewer right after I got gas, didn’t think much of it until my car died a block away after leaving. Went back showed them my pictures and they still lied saying they were vacuuming the lot (doesn’t make any sense) and not removing water from their tanks to avoid reimbursement for my now necessary repairs. I will never get gas here again.

I've been here since the 80s and have NEVER had a bad experience, never. Bob and his mechanics have always taken care of me and even telling me somethings not necessary when I thought I needed some work. He never tries to sell me extra unnecessary work. He always accommodates me even when I call at the last minute. I would strongly recommend his place to everyone who needs great quality service at fair prices!

Seems like New Management is in place, Wayyy more professional and very caring s. N0 nb0 in to get an appointment done to get my breaks done. It is a BMW so I don't like just anyone touching it and Dealers are very expressive. Car went in on time , didn't have to wait. Clear place.. they had the parts ordered and took less then an hour while. My wheels steering was shaking while going over 60, they have wheel balancing and alignment service, I was In rush so made another appointment to get that done. They also have Propane Tanks and refills available. BBQ time.... Need that Thank refilled. Thanks again guys... Will go back for my Gas and Repair needs .
