Rich and his crew knocked it out of the park as usual. I’ve used them for the last couple of body shop needs and they’ve been absolutely great. They literally walk you through the process and remove all the stress of getting your car back on the road again. Service is above and beyond and your car looks like new when it’s returned. Definitely recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Stay clear of the new Barsan (I think it is now Dr. Jack's Auto repairs of Merrick). John retired and they have new mechanics. Only the sign is the same. This is not the BarSan Merrick has known, loved and trusted. This month I have had three cars in for regular maintenance that never gave me trouble when John maintained them and within one week of getting them back from the new BarSan one broke down (cost over $1,000 to repair after getting towed there), one had to be brought back in and cost over $1,500 and isn't running now (definitely not bringing it there) and the third also had to be brought back in and cost nearly $700. Avoid at all costs (which are guaranteed to be a lot if you go there.)

These guys treated my elderly mother with kindness and respect. Fixed her car in a timely manner and very fair price. They went beyond that to clean under her car and to come back in a few days to check for a slow oil leak. Very grateful for them!
